Michelle Ritter, 31, has filed a shocking lawsuit against former Google CEO Eric Schmidt. Schmidt's ex-girlfriend testified in a Los Angeles County court that during their relationship, he raped her and installed hidden cameras in their home that watched her naked while she showered. In her testimony, Ritter, a technology entrepreneur, described in detail what she allegedly suffered at the hands of Schmidt, claiming that the 70-year-old man subjected her to sexual abuse, harassment, domestic violence and installed software on her computer and cellphone that monitored all of her communications.

Last month, the New York Post published more details from their legal battle, bringing a bitter end to a relationship that began in 2020 and was marked by allegations by the 31-year-old of abuse, as well as other intimidation methods, when they were co-owners of a startup company.
As stated in the report, in her testimony, Ritter claims that billionaire Schmidt raped her on a yacht in November 2021.
"He pushed me against the wall and raped me"

"He followed me into the shower, pushed me against the wall and raped me," the 31-year-old initially testified, adding. "I begged him to stop and screamed that it hurt, but he ignored my pleas. The next morning, Schmidt tried to convince me that I had enjoyed it."
Then, in August 2023, at a festival in Nevada, she testified that Schmidt, while she was sleeping, began having sex with her. "I clearly said no and tried to stop him, but I had learned that trying to physically resist would be futile and would make things worse," she said in her testimony.
Ritter also accuses Schmidt of voyeurism and of pressuring her with sexual fetishes.
"On many occasions, he would secretly photograph me without my consent while I was naked, especially when I was in the shower to wash myself," she says.
The allegations of physical abuse also include multiple shoves, which left her with bruises and scrapes, and frequent threats of violence, yelling in her face. In one incident in New York, he allegedly pushed her against a table.
She was naked on the plane.
Ritter describes Schmidt as "irrational," claiming that on one occasion he undressed in front of the crew of his private jet and carried marijuana on the plane.
She also accuses Schmidt of pressuring her to be "too sexy" in business meetings, while urging her to use prescription weight loss pills - only to mock her later for looking "skinny".
In front of colleagues, he allegedly made derogatory comments, such as: "You should see her naked," commenting on how "sexy" she looked.
At the same time, the 31-year-old claims that Schmidt installed malicious programs on her computer in November 2021, gaining access to her messages, emails, and files.
On several occasions, while using her account, he saw her emails deleted and documents forged, she said.
Ritter claims that Schmidt confessed to creating a "backdoor" in Google's servers to access anyone's private information, which extended beyond her to the company's employees.
The harassment escalated.
Their relationship ended after photos of Schmidt with a 22-year-old woman emerged in early 2024, according to court documents. After the breakup, Ritter claims the harassment escalated.
On November 7, 2024, while Ritter was dining at a popular Malibu restaurant, she claims Schmidt forced his way into her car and stole her laptop, which was caught on camera at the restaurant.
Ritter shared the Steel Perlot company with Schmidt, in which the 70-year-old had invested $100 million.
Elsewhere in her testimony, Ritter said Schmidt forged her signature on documents and on one occasion locked her out of the home they shared, preventing her from retrieving her belongings. She says that shortly before they separated, Schmidt installed hidden cameras and bug traps in their home.
In fact, private investigators allegedly monitored her parents, who admitted to police that they worked for "a billionaire's private security," as the New York Post previously reported.
For his part, Schmidt has claimed that the 31-year-old is doing all this because she exposed the complainant's mismanagement at their company, while accusing her of "compelled lies" with the aim of blackmailing him.
