The feud between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Oval Office today has made headlines around the world. A debate that concerned the terms of a US-brokered peace deal between Kiev and Moscow, could not escape Russia's attention.
An adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin reacted to the video of the heated Oval Office exchange between Zelensky and Trump, calling the clash historic.

" Historic, " wrote Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and who participated in the recent discussions between the US and Russia in Saudi Arabia, on X.
The chaotic situation in relations between the US and Ukraine seems to be "enjoying" Moscow, which is currently in a very favorable position.
And former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev posted on social media, saying Zelenskyi received "a slap in the Oval Office."
