The United Arab Emirates has lifted all precautionary measures imposed on air traffic during the period of tensions with Iran. The news was confirmed by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
According to the official statement, air navigation operations have been fully restored throughout the country's airspace, following a comprehensive assessment of operational and safety conditions.
The restrictive measures were previously imposed in response to Iranian attacks, during which hundreds of missiles and drones were used.
These attacks came in response to military operations by the United States and Israel against Iranian targets in late February.
The decision to lift the restrictions signals a stabilization of the situation in terms of air safety in the region, while authorities emphasize that they will continue to monitor conditions.
