The war that is constantly waged against the Kurti government through acts of terror from the Serbian side and the propaganda of a media quarter based in Prishtina and Tirana, as well as this wave of terror concentrated in the last three days in the north, have a command center.
The escalation of the hybrid war on the part of Serbia, attacking the Iber-Lepenc system and the electric energy system of Kosovo, has an open claim to cause as much panic and uncertainty as possible.
This march of Serbia, our government can use and turn it into an opportunity for the recovery of the Nation, provided that political Albania and the Republic of Kosovo face our biggest weaknesses. This condition has to do with the theology and ideology of our enemies, which we must make accessible to the common citizen, presenting it as it is in the form of hybrid warfare.
For Kosovo, the notions of hybrid war and psychological terror cannot be seen and treated as abstract notions. I believe that antifragility is embedded in our collective DNA. Our sufferings as Albanians have strengthened us. Facing the hybrid war, which can be like an overture to the real war, makes us stronger.
The history of this part of our Motherland is long and arduous. We had golden times in the long struggle for survival and preservation of our culture and language, the identity of our land.
Which freedom fighter who had worn the uniform of the KLA as a child in the glorious years of our modern history 1998/99, could have predicted what would await them, a part, in the uniform of the Kosovo Police , now two decades later? We, the Albanians of this generation, do not allow the paradise gained under the banner of the KLA to turn us into a lost paradise.
In June 1999, thanks to the KLA of our childhood and our friends, a miracle happened: This side of our Motherland was liberated. Now we have the Republic of Kosovo, the second Albanian state in the territory of our ancestors. Fortunately, against all odds, this vulnerable part of the nation, which lived the life of the last colony in Europe, is finally living free. And now that we are here, our homes and families need protection; our children need clear perspective.
We Albanians, more or less like our fellow Jews, as Michael Tobin, a well-known psychologist, writes, live between endless paradoxes - fear and self-confidence, despair and optimism, grief and healing, loss and victory - and the misfortunes and confusions of countless others that are etched into our current collective history.
Serbia duke mos qenë në gjendje të pajtohet të jetojë në gjeografinë e saj, nuk po arrijnë dot të pajtohet me realitetin e krijuar në qershor 1999. Me këtë sjellje, duke pretenduar hapur veriun e Kosovës, ajo sikur harron se ka brenda kufijve të saj politik një krahinë të tërë shqiptare – nga Nishi deri tek Vraja e Kurshumlija, ku shtriheshin 8 qytete dhe 998 katunde shqiptare, ku jetonte një pjesë e madhe e kosovarëve që sot mbajnë si kujtim emrat e vendbanimeve të të parëve të yetë si mbiemra.
Si njohës i kësaj historie politike, do të shtroja pyetjen e rëndomtë, si mund të jetojmë ne tutje nën breshërinë e terrorit shtetëror serb, e të pajtohemi me humbjen e asaj krahine shqiptare?!
Si mund të pretendojnë ideologët dhe gjeneralët serb se, gjithë kjo çmenduri e tyre për rikthim në vendin e krimit, është normale kur presin që luftën hibride ta përkthejnë në luftë reale, ndërkaq të gjykojnë kaq naivisht se djalëria shqiptare nuk di gjë nga historia.
Përgjigja vjen në kontekstin e historisë dhe mbijetesës shqiptare.
Rreziku ka një emër: Serbi.
Në të kundërtën, liria dhe shpresa ka një kohë të vështirë kur përballet me luftën hibride, siç është kjo valë e terrorit serb në këtë fundnëntori që po lëmë pas.
Nuk ka dyshim se ku ndodhet koka e gjarprit. Beogradi mund të dhe duhet të mposhtet.
