It is already a fact! Erdogan has taken control of the Albanian Muslim Community with Edi Rama's coup. This entire operation has been executed these days in the absence of the new US ambassador in Tirana, who, according to the possibilities, can even cancel the whole process.
But what really happened?
Bujar Spahiu, head of the Albanian Muslim Community, has decided that the Namazgja mosque will be managed separately from the KMSH, but under the influence of the Mufti of Tirana, at the head of which is a cleric close to Ankara.
The Mufti of Tirana, Bilal Teqja, runs a foundation that is also an NGO in itself, which takes over the management of the largest Mosque in Albania, that of Namazgja.
From here we have a serious constitutional violation, since it is not possible for an NGO to direct and manage a cult object. The state, according to the constitution, has relations with all religious organizations in the country, which inform the state, the objects they control, the funds, but also an approximate number of believers. Since we are dealing with a defined legal and institutional relationship. The state even has an office for relations with religious cults, to know who they are and what they represent. It is not an unknown thing, it happens everywhere.
But let's go back to the case of the agreement between Erdogan and KMSH. It is learned that the whole negotiation was carried out under the supervision of Edi Rama and in a fast way so that everything is carried out as soon as possible. In fact, the Pamphlet predicted in time that we are in the case of two Parallel Communities, where one will control Tirana and the other Albania.
But given that Tirana has the largest number of inhabitants and believers, its mufti is the most important in the entire congregation.
It is not known what happened, but the fact is that the head of the KMSH has issued a letter giving the green light to the management of the Namazgja mosque by one of his "partner" organizations, which has never really happened before.
And this letter has led to an absurd situation, since the most ferocious Erdoğanist circles have started to call the head of the KMSH a "scholar studied in Egypt", while until yesterday they fiercely attacked him as a convinced Gülenist.
It seems that all of this happened under an emergency where the government and its man, the mufti of Tirana, who was invited to Edi Rama's podcast, resolved the situation.
It is unclear whether the Madrasah of Tirana is in the hands of the KMSH or the foundation that will administer the largest mosque in the country. Which, in addition to the mosque, will manage the parking lots, the libraries, but also the schools inside it. And here is something that seems to indicate that we will have parallel madrassas, which will lead to parallel clerical groups. In a word, sects and tariqats, which are actually political and financial lobbies. If it were a normal development coming from believers, who naturally turn to those organizations they believe in, it is quite legitimate. But when we have direct infiltrations, even with millions of euros and related persons, we are dealing with agencies, even espionage, which in all likelihood will bring problems later.
With the arrival of the new US ambassador, the chances are that we will have a resettlement of the situation, but it seems that even Washington has tolerated a little, that is, it has given a hand to Erdogan to get his share.
In the coming months , it will be seen if this pact is temporary or if it is really Erdogan, the new Caliph of the Albanian Muslims./Pamphlet
