How did Frida turn from the wife of "so-and-so" into the strawberry of Edi Rama's government...
"Pamphlet" has been denouncing Frida Krifca's scandals for a long time. Many months have passed since we wrote about the abuses of those 93 million euros of agro-livestock loans that the EU gave in the years 2017-2021, some 28 million of which it distributed, according to the order, to the bosses who de facto govern Albania. Allegedly investors of tourism and incinerators, builders with a dubious past and present, who in exchange for a few millions dress up as farmers, or in other words, the mafia that has been playing the strings of power these 9 years.
It has been a long time since the Pamphlet proves the scandal with facts and warns what happened today: the European Union blocked funds for agriculture and rural development. It should be noted that this is one of the sectors that the EU has financed (and was expected to continue doing so) more in Albania and other countries that accede to the EU.
Reason? The corruption that is the life, work and deeds of this government.
But let's stay with Krifca. Coming into the government from nowhere, the former director of AZHBR in the very years that the EU has investigated, became famous for two reasons: the first because her husband was a friend of Engjëll Agac and Endri Fuga and the second because, after a few months of work and getting to know the "VIP farmers" she financed, Frida became the favorite director of a strawberry farmer, of course this one also with strong connections in the government.
Kështu nga gruaja e "filanit", Frida u bë "luleshtrydhja" e qeverisë. Historitë e saj janë të famshme tashmë, siç u bënë edhe milionat që ka shpërndarë pa hesap ndër "fermerë strategjikë" të kësaj qeverie.
Për ta thënë më qartë, gjatë viteve 2017-2021, deri kur Krifca, për sjellje shembullore dhe punë të mirë, u bë Ministre e Bujqësisë, ka luajtur ping-pong me 94 milion euro, të cilat i ka shpërndarë ndër miqtë e Kryeministrit dhe të vetët.
Paratë ishin pjesë e Programi IPARD II, i cili u përfshi në një proces hetimi nga OLAF, zyra që heton mashtrimin me buxhetit të BE-së, korrupsionin dhe keqpërdorimet serioze brenda institucioneve evropiane. Në fund të hetimit OLAF ka gjetur praktika korruptive që në gjuhën e korrupsionit të kësaj qeverie përkthehen në para të destinuara për fermerët hallexhinj shqiptarë, por që kanë përfunduar në duart e mafiozeve të inceneratorëve, ndërtuesve, investitorëve miq të Kryeminisrit dhe padyshim fermerit të luleshtrydheve që Krifca i ka me shumë qejf.
Si rrjedhojë, aktualisht BE ka bllokuar 112 milionë euro, të parashikuara në programin IPARD III që do zbatohej gjatë periudhës 2021-2027. Me gjithë bashkëfinancimin e qeverisë shqiptare IPARD III përfshinte një shumë prej 146 milionë eurosh, të cilat mund ti mungojnë sektorit më të madh në vend, nëse pezullimi nuk do të jetë i përkohshëm.
Lajmi në Qeveri ka ardhur si bombë, edhe pse ka ditë që korridoreve përflitet qe Krifca e ka burgun afër. Kryeministri është gjindosur dhe ka lëshuar ultimatume që parashikojnë ndryshime thelbësore në qeveri. Shumë shpejt madje. Ai është betuar se do ti çojë të gjithë në burg në shenjë hakmarrje që e kanë gënjyer sepse kur ekspertët e OLAF erdhën në Shqipëri, Krifca u bëri ca shërbime, u dha një drekë të mirë në Pezë dhe njoftoi të madhin se çështja ishte zgjidhur.
But it didn't turn out that way. The Europeans caught them stealing and nobody forgives them for wasting their taxes.
So Frida, what this Government sold as falling from the sky when it became Minister, after spending billions on agriculture as it wanted, is now depriving Albania of a few more billions.
Frida and her ilk don't like prison much.
