It has been a long time since in Albania the congregation and many clergymen have turned into patronageists who bring and take away votes according to the conjunctures of the moment. They have been helping Edi Rama for 10 years as part of the push given by Erdogan, who finances millions for associations and media in Albania...
After the end of the Fiter Bajram prayer in Tirana, and the distribution of photos on the network, there was a lot of enthusiasm from circles of believers, not only in Albania.
From Macedonia or Kosovo, there were expressions of excitement about what happened in Tirana, as well as reflections on what Muslim believers in these countries do not have the opportunity to do.
A journalist from Skopje, a devout believer, wrote on the network that the epithet 'Mecca of the Balkans' has been given to his city in vain, since Tirana holds the first place.
It is quite normal that on a day of celebration, the most important for believers, especially after the 30 days of fasting, where in addition to a regime in food, good deeds must be performed, so that there is enthusiasm and joy for those who pray to God after this sacrifice.
A media that is supported and financed by Ankara, emphasized with enthusiasm that this time at the Eid prayer in 'Skënderbej' square there were more believers than other times.
However, the issue here is different. Is this rite, which has been established for years, a prayer of the faithful, or a political demonstration of the power of the religion they support?
As if it were simply a prayer, a worship to God, believers can disperse to the Muslim shrines, namely the mosques that are numerous in Tirana and other cities of Albania.
As happens every day and from 5 times a day, where believers pray to God, following a rite that, according to the Koran, is obligatory for every practitioner of the Islamic religion.
The logic of the lack of a large mosque to accommodate all believers does not seem to hold. Since no mosque or church can hold a large number, as many have been coming out for Fitr Bajram for years in "Skënderbej" Square.
Mosques have been built everywhere in the city, to which believers who willingly believe and practice religion go every day.
But here, it is clearly seen that many of those who do not perform the religious rite during ordinary days participate in the Eid prayer, but also the correct believers participate in a rite that has turned into a more political brand.
An image to show that Tirana, the capital of Albania, is dominated by Muslim believers.
On the other hand, we have not seen until today, a similar rite in the squares of the country, of religious processions of other religions, such as Catholics, Orthodox, Evangelists, etc.
All perform these rites in their shrines, which are known and formalized as houses of prayer.
And this is quite normal and happens in every country of the world. Even in Turkey, which is a large Muslim country, prayers are performed in mosques. In addition to the rite of the annual pilgrimage to Mecca, where millions of people from all over the world perform the rite at the stone of Abraham.
This demonstration, especially when it takes notes of a political publicity on networks and televisions, seems to be an insult not only to other faiths, but also to the state itself, which is separated from religion.
There are many clerics in our country, but also in Kosovo, North Macedonia, who, more than the holy books and religious lectures, talk about political systems, laws, rules, etc., which can only work in a statist state and that religion has parts connected to it.
In a secular state, everyone has the right to believe, has the freedom to practice his religious rites, but without interfering with the nature of the secular state and the freedoms of other faiths.
It has been a long time since in Albania the congregation and many clergymen have turned into patronageists who bring and take away votes according to the conjunctures of the moment. They have been helping Edi Rama for 10 years as part of the push given by Erdogan, who finances millions for associations and media in Albania.
Influence that is becoming more and more a malignant influence every day, as Russia or China does with their media.
In delicate moments, these media and their people who appear on panels, defend Ankara's positions on various problems, even though they may conflict with the positions of Tirana or its close allies such as the USA and the EU.
This is what happens with the Gulenists, this is also what happens in the case of Middle East politics, leaving the fight within us, a fight that is not ours./ Pamphlet
