Next week, the salary increase for April and May is expected to be received. This fact was announced by the Minister of Economy and Finance, Delina Ibrahimaj, after the government meeting.
Ibrahimaj said that a salary increase will be given for the months of April and May, while starting next month the new salaries will be received.
" Since the whole of this month we have discussed clarifying the decisions on salaries, they are ready and next week all institutions will pay the allowances for the months of May and April ", said the minister.
Among other things, the minister stated that Albania has now issued the Eurobond worth 600 million euros.
" For the Eurobond, Albania has issued a Eurobond with a value of 600 million euros, the coupon was 5.9%, where there was a high demand for the Eurobond, more than twice the accepted value, which shows that investors are interested in Albania and the Albanian economy is growing by steady steps.
