This man who should no longer be in politics since 1994 (referendum on the constitution), who should have been hidden from politics in 1996, who should have been accountable not only politically in 1997, and who should not have been tolerated anymore after 1998...resurrected in 2001 eu revived in 2005. The same man, who morally and politically had to leave politics in 2008 (the explosion in Gërdec), and the same one who not only politically had to answer for four people killed in a protest in 2011 (who could lower the target without his permission?!), the same one who politically should escaped not only with words in 2013, but he who in 2021-2024 suffered attacks from all sides until the test in the tower of Tirana that for Pilgrimage has returned to its place in 2024, but will it be revived again in 2025?

Sali Berisha certainly has his place in Albanian history. Yes, it has done a lot of damage to the country, a lot of damage to the families, a lot of damage to the society, a lot of damage to the state formation, a lot of damage to the future, a lot of damage to the property... These do not even have a sign of equality with the fall of communism, which they want to put on Berisha as a costume that does not suit him at all, neither with the entry into NATO, nor with the liberalization of visas. If Berisha was good, with the support that the USA gave at that time, we would have all this within the first five years. The Democratic Party, established as a hope for Albania, today is like a problem in the middle of the country. The former damages of Berisha, the very being of Berisha strongly restrains the political struggle against a power that devours everything. Hyperbole from a boring movie seen again and again since June 1997, where Berisha is also to blame for unwanted pregnancies, but even after so many successful years. But anyway, Berisha has no plus in his pre-election CV. The only hope is the tyranny of the rulers, who in the country of the eagles are often seen as skills and dexterity to take as an example.
Fight with everyone
Battles pass; maybe they taught him this, and maybe even Berisha himself taught it to his students once, before '90. He must be the most seasoned man in Albanian politics. Struggle to snatch DP at its birth a year ago from its own dolphin, war with the founders of DP, war with political opponents, war with allies, war with fellow patriots, war with Albanians, war with foreign friends... think, Berisha in his political life has not only clashed with the Fiji Islands. Even if he has no enemies, he creates them. Can't live without it. It cannot function without attacking someone, or something. So it is impossible to imagine a Berisha who does not speak against someone, but speaks about something. Berisha is the leader of "attack first".
PD, his unborn baby
Berisha never allowed PD to become big. Even when she had the opportunity, he closed all the other doors, leaving open only the door where the doorman himself was. How would PD be without Berisha?! Without Berisha even behind the scenes. No one can imagine, but according to me one thing is certain; without Berisha, PD would not have remained in the opposition for more than four to eight years in the worst case, Albania would not have seemed to have returned to the years before 1986, only in direction, instead of "the best sons of Party" are their sons, grandsons, granddaughters, relatives and loyalists. Berisha never allowed (he didn't know, or he didn't want to?!) for PD to grow, mature, evolve. He treated it like a piece of land that belongs to him as an inheritance, without real papers, but which the whole village knows is his. We come to a dead end, when the DP defends the pensioners, while the SP comes to the aid of the former owners and the former persecuted.
Problems with justice
Berisha has had an alignment with the Huns in the attitude towards justice. Destruction, submission, vassalage and tribute. One cannot imagine a member of the judiciary who would go against Berisha. Courage was rewarded with dismissal and threats. And not in a camouflaged way. Open. However, for Berisha, "justice delays, but does not forget" is not worth it, but rather "delayed justice, forgotten justice". Accusing Berisha of profiteering against family members is like accusing Carlo Ponzi of running a yellow traffic light. The first layer of the pie should have been the pyramid schemes in Albania, who supported them, who created them, who benefited. Because that's where the country took over. Justice for Berisha will never be good, because he is used to "working it out", and not playing the role of Rapunzel for a year by the decision of justice. But if somewhere they think that they destroy, embarrass, or eliminate Berisha, then it seems that they don't know him. Berisha knows these terms only at the expense of others.
What is left of his "empire"?
Bashkëpunëtorët e sotëm të Berishës krahasuar me vite të shkuara, janë në kufijtë e groteskut. Thjeshtë bëjnë hesap si të jenë sërish, apo rishtaz në Parlament. Biznesmenë pranë tij sigurisht që nuk ka, të paktën hapur. Janë mbledhur të gjithë rreth Ramës, madje edhe ata që kanë përfituar me Berishën (besa e shqiptarit si purteka e arit). Mediat janë të gjitha me Ramën, nga ato më kryesoret e deri tek periferiket. Sigurisht Berisha nuk ka me çfarë i ndjell. Ministra, zv/ ministra, drejtorë, kryetarë komunash e bashkish, me përfitime shumë në kohën e Berishës, kanë zënë zgëqet e tyre brenda apo jashtë vendit, e këndojnë këngën “lëmë o Zot të rroj”. Berisha është pothuaj i vetëm. Rama ia ka marrë të gjithë, biznesin, mediat, atë pak elitë intelektuale, dhe tani po tenton t’i marrë edhe diasporën. Në zgjedhje ai shkon me lëkurën e tij, dhe me shpresën e indinjatës popullore ndaj keqqeverisjes. Është një bast ku arsyeja nuk i lë vend dëshirës, e ku vetë ekzistenca politike e Berishës e zbeh dëshirën. Rreth 40 për qind “gri” që arsyetojnë para se të votojnë, do ta kishin më të thjeshtë pas gjashtë muajsh të dilnin nga labirinti i Minotaurit edhe pa ndihmën e fillit të Arianës, se sa të dilnin në një përfundim logjik kujt duhet t’i japin votën.
Ka gjë me Trump?
Është pak qesharake përpjekja e bashkëpunëtorëve të Berishës të lidhin çdo ngjarje në Shqipëri me Amerikën dhe Trump. Imagjinoni, në konferencën e parë për shtyp të Trump të vijë pyetja: Çmendoni për heqjen e masës së sigurisë ndaj zotit Berisha? Si mund të ishte përgjigja e Trump? Me dhimbje duhet ta pranojmë se Trumpin nuk e shqetësojnë se ç ‘ndodh a thuhet në një vend sa dy lagje të New Yorkut. Nëse do ishte kështu, do e kishim parë një reagim kur Rama tha: Mos e dhëntë Zoti të fitojë…Donald Trump është kërcënim për Amerikën dhe nuk diskutohet se është kërcënim edhe për marrëdhëniet shqiptaro-amerikane.
Le të gëzojmë të ngrohtin e sqetullës amerikane, e të mos marrim rolin e atyre që vendosin Shqipërinë si origjinë të Botës, e shqipen si kyçin e të gjitha gjuhëve. Nëse Berisha rifiton shqiptarët, ka fituar “Trumpin”.
Fitues?
As long as Berisha is alive, there will be no other prime minister if DP wins. It is paternalism if anyone thinks otherwise. It is more or less like Rama. It's just that Berisha uses the ax and severity, Rama the scalpel and the account. However, Berisha does not have any governing project. There is not even any ambitious plan, at least shown for Albania and Albanians. Yes, the directors, vice-directors, chiefs of police stations, mayors, etc., remaining on paper since 2017, with minor changes in 2021, can be ready. How will this printing machine beat with money, stronger, power, with fear, with patronage, with business, with the media? We are leaving aside why people vote against the government, because even those who only bathe in the sea sometimes like to change the water and go to the lake, but Berisha himself, the Democratic Party, after 12 years of opposition, after hundreds of abuses by the government, after dozens of ministers, mayors and directors in prison, after almost an exodus from the country of youth and the middle class, after making public the connections and the intervention of crime in public money and voting... what do they offer?!

Will the Berisha phoenix rise again?! Haters can curse me for this question. Those who love him can curse me again, because in their eyes he has always been alive. There is no middle ground with Berisha. Oh love, oh hate.
In a country where the locals don't give a damn about the vote and the word, where the top politicians are proponents of autocracy and impunity, where everyone tries their best to outdo everyone, where crime and profiteers take on romantic proportions, this new effort of Berisha from isolation to power may begin to resemble chivalric novels and historical truths where Rosinanti is confused with Merengo, Sanço Pançot with Fushëte, and Dylqinja e Toboza with Josephina. One has to really shock Rama's limitless power. Since PD is unable to find another leader to lead them to victory, since justice has not found anything wrong against him to date, since society failed to produce a representative figure without many shadows, then the Albanians are doomed that they hope for the protection of democracy in one of its enemies, Sali Berisha. Berisha's account is simple: Even with defeat, he is resurrected.
