History today is demanding a lot from the Albanians, but the Albanians are at an impasse in terms of their union.
This is a time that is looking for an all-Albanian union for the entire Albanian ethnicity, wherever it is. And this union should be done by high-quality Albanian schools and Albanian universities established wherever there are Albanians.
I.
Today, we Albanians are very strong, but we still do not know how to use our strength to raise the Albanian personality.
This is because our prime ministers, in these last 30 years, have not worked enough for Albanians. This is understandable.
Today there are two Albanian states and this terrifies the Serbs. How much money does this make when the Albanian governments are not where they should be to work qualitatively for Albanians!
There are three main aspects shared by all Albanians: Education, literature, science and historical literature in the Albanian development in 3000 years of history, now widely documented.
However, today a genuine Albanian spirit of unity is being felt in the two Albanian states, but a quality improvement is needed in the three aspects of non-recognition also in North Macedonia, which, in essence, is still an Albanian state, but denied by the Slavs.
It is an obvious historical positivity that Albanians have decently moved towards themselves as the main ethnic group in the Balkans, but now a more qualitative development is needed.
II.
Today, the history of Albanianness is certain.
And it is also certain that time will continue to move like this: towards Albanianness.
But we Albanians must be united. The Albanian school in the Balkans is doing its historical work in the three Albanian states of the Balkans.
What about the government of Albania and the government of Kosovo, what are they doing?
Today, we Albanians are very strong, but we still do not know how to use our strength qualitatively in raising the Albanian personality. This is because our prime ministers, in these last 30 years, have not worked with a system for Albanians. This is understandable.
III.
Today there are two Albanian states and this terrifies the Serbs.
However, a genuine Albanian spirit of unity is felt in the two Albanian states, and this is also happening in North Macedonia, which, in essence, is again an Albanian state denied by the Slavs.
Time will move like this from here on: towards Albanianness, but we Albanians must be unifiers.
The Albanian school in the Balkans is doing its historical work in the three Albanian states of the Balkans. This is a great work.
What about the government of Albania and the government of Kosovo, what are they doing?
They should do even more, jointly with each other in relation to our universities in Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
So what should they do?

The slow progress towards the unification of all Albanians should be called a non-historical phenomenon.
Ne shqiptarët sot jemi shumë të fortë, por ende nuk po dimë ta ushtrojmë sa duhet forcën tonë në ngritjen e personalitetit shqiptar.
Kjo sepse kryeministrat tanë, në këta 30 vitet e fundit, nuk kanë punuar me sistem shkencor për shqiptarinë. Kjo kuptohet. Por duhet thënë se dy qeveritë shqiptare në Kosovë dhe në Shqipëri sot po kuptohet që e kanë krijuar praktikën e tyre panshqiptare. Por duhet me shumë.
Janë sot dy shtete shqiptarësh, dhe kjo i tmerron serbët.
Gjithsesi ndihet një bashkim me frymë të mirëfilltë shqiptare në dy shtetet shqiptare, por edhe në Maqedoninë e Veriut që, në thelb është sërish një shtet shqiptar, dhe i mohuar nga sllavët. Por merita e arsimit universitar ka qenë shumë e dukshme, po duhet të kalojë edhe më tej në nivel teorik, për ta kapur nivelin perëndimor. Kjo sepse tani gjuha shqipe e ka arritur ndjeshëm nivelin e një gjuhe me përparësi historike në Evropë.
Gjithsesi shqiptaria ka ecur denjësisht drejt vetvetes si etni kryesore në Ballkan, por tani duhet një zhvillim edhe më agresiv në shkencë.
Është e kuptueshme që pengesat ruse dhe ato serbe do të vijojnë, por fakti që sot janë dy shtete shqiptare dhe dy qeveri shqiptare në Ballkanin Perëndimor, ecja përpara kuptohet se është e sigurt, duke përmendur këtu edhe aleancën me Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës.
V.
Sot historia e shqiptarisë është e sigurt.
Dhe është e sigurt se koha kështu do të ecë këtej e tutje: drejt shqiptarisë, por ne shqiptarët duhet të jemi bashkues.
Shkolla shqipe në Ballkan po e bën veprën e vet historike në të tre shtetet shqiptare të Ballkanit.
Po qeveria e Shqipërisë dhe qeveria e Kosovës, çfarë po bëjnë?
Ne shqiptarët sot jemi shumë të fortë, por ende nuk po dimë ta ushtrojmë forcën tonë në ngritjen e personalitetit shqiptar. Kjo sepse kryeministrat tanë, në këta 30 vitet e fundit, nuk kanë punuar sa dhe si duhet për shqiptarinë. Nuk ka qenë një çështje e lehtë zhvillimi i shqiptarisë. Kjo kuptohet.
Por sot janë dy shtete shqiptarësh dhe kjo po i tmerron serbët, por ende nuk kemi një marrëveshje panshqiptare duke përfshirë edhe shqiptarët e Maqedonisë së Veriut. Kuptohet sakaq se është e sigurt që edhe kjo shpejt do të vijë.
Në të njëjtën kohë qeveria shqiptare duhet ta ketë në agjendën e vet se në Greqi janë sot rreth katër milionë shqiptarë dhe nuk kanë ende shkolla shqipe.
Gjithsesi aktualisht po ndihet një bashkim me frymë të mirëfilltë shqiptare në dy shtetet shqiptare, por edhe ne Maqedoninë e Veriut që, në thelb, është sërish një shtet shqiptar i mohuar nga sllavët.
VI.
Nuk ka diskutim që koha kështu do të ecë këtej e tutje: drejt shqiptarisë, por ne shqiptarët duhet të jemi bashkues.
Shkolla shqipe në Ballkan po e bën veprën e vet historike në të tre shtetet shqiptarë të Ballkanit. Por politika duhet të lëvizë edhe më shumë, sidomos në investime të mirëfillta drejt botës universitare shqiptare.
Po qeveria e Shqipërisë dhe qeveria e Kosovës, çfarë po bëjnë?
Shumë kanë bërë, por tani duhet një hap i ri cilësor drejt gjithëshqiptarisë.

History today is demanding a lot from the Albanians, but the Albanians are at an impasse in terms of their union.
Why is this issue stalling? This is actually attacked by an aggressiveness of Russia and France who are against the unification of Albanians in the Balkans.
It is understandable that international anti-Albanianism is still an obstacle in the development of Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. Russia and Serbia are the first in this obstacle, but the all-Albanian union organized with a modern system is defeating the Slavic countries today.
This issue may be more difficult in North Macedonia, but with a new quality even there everything will go towards Albanianness. And the current signs are very good, because the Albanians in North Macedonia have created a very high-quality political elite.
However, the meaning of the obstacle must be said to be very aggressive against Albanians, because: the Serbian-Russian obstacle is still a very active action.
Therefore, this issue should reform itself into a pan-Albanian union. This union is likely to include school, radio, television and joint cultural and artistic activities at the national level.
If this is done, history will raise the three leading policies to their apogee: in Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. Because this issue, carried out with a scientific system, creates the security of modern development with a new quality of the Albanian world in Europe.
And of course it will: because there is an axiom in the development of civilization: the peoples who with sublime sacrifice have escaped their assimilation imposed by the conquerors, in their union with the national language and in a quality school, create the new historical splendor international.
And we do not forget that, in history, the Albanians have had an international historical splendor: Gjergj Kastriot Skënderbeu and his arboreal glory that has really rocked the entire history of this civilization.
