In the Democratic Party, the situation is not as good as it appears, but there is no major change as far as it seems! And this can be ascertained with the naked eye and without any great effort!

It is walking in the same 'lane' in which it has walked in these 12 years of its solid stay in opposition, going through the same stages, without any change, every time it has lost parliamentary and local elections to the socialists led by Edi Rama!
"The 'stations' through which the DP passes are 'precise'. It starts with a campaign with strong accusations to the point of unbelievable that destroy the concentration of even the most determined democrat to vote for the opposition, continues with election day and warnings that victory is certain, the vote is in the box and no one can touch it because the hands of any 'thief' are cut off, 'the democratic hurricane will take Rama and his government ahead' and other positions of this kind!
Then silence prevails, as the results slowly come out, and in the end the accusations against the government, Prime Minister Edi Rama, for vote tampering, electoral farce resume, and they mention indications from the administration, hard drugs to mafia cartels, people involved in crime and so on, not to really oppose the results in each lost election, but to 'intoxicate' their own democrats who have been having their ideals destroyed for 12 years by a handful of people, who have usurped the DP's dome and there is no mother's son to tear them away from there, guaranteeing their defeat not only for now, but probably by promising them an advance for the future as well!
This is how it happened while Lulzim Basha was the official leader of the DP, behind the scenes it was Sali Berisha himself who pulled the strings, made appointments in the party, selected candidates for deputies or mayors, and even made decisions on political actions, from the 'umbrella', the co-government with Rama in 2017, to the burning of the deputy's mandates, the attack with Molotov cocktails on institutions and the boycott of the local government elections in 2019! This is also happening for the elections lost by the DP, with Berisha at the head, returned from political retirement after being declared 'non grata' by the US, the expulsion he made by Basha from the DP parliamentary group and the clash that led to a physical attack on the headquarters on the edge of Lana, as he took the DP seal and logo, and expelled his political 'son' from the leadership and the party itself. For which he had sworn to do it!
Berisha, with the overthrow and expulsion of Basha from the DP, actually overturned the 'formula' of all political parties, where 'son kills father', reversing the entire scheme, transforming it into 'father rises from the grave and kills son'! He has proven to be unique in a word!
And to remain in the 'routine' of the DP's behavior after each lost election against the SP led by Rama, all electoral confrontations have been lost 100 percent in these 12 years, then the 'saga' of contesting the result begins, making public what they call in the DP 'electoral farce', with the prelude declaring that the statute cannot be applied to have the chairman resign from office, since there were no elections, but votes and an electoral farce! The latter is contained in the party's statute! In fact, it is easier for Berisha to say, 'the ball is mine, I will shoot the penalty.' I stop the game when I want, I choose the team, etc.", since the DP is a party owned by the Berisha family, and there is no need to try to justify it! That's all he needs! Simply to be at the head of a party, to have a monopoly on the opposition and to use it for his personal troubles, the confrontation with justice! It has served him so far, he has even enjoyed it a lot! He has no worries left!
This is also shown by the confrontation with the 'Youth Group' in the DP, led by Ervin Salianji and the slightly more distant Ilir Alimehmeti. Salianji, with the attribute of the 'hero' who served time in prison, has himself declared it for the DP, after being sentenced to imprisonment in both levels of the criminal court for the "Babale" scandal, while Alimehmeti, with the big 'ace' in his pocket, that of the extremely high result in the open list of candidates for deputies in the Tirana district, where he was left out of the Parliament by only a handful of votes! After all, with all the support, a bit of trickery and from the structures of the DP and a little from the aggressive campaign of Agron Shehaj of "Mundësia", he lost the mandate of deputy in the end!
We have witnessed the start of two parallel 'platforms' in the DP, Salianji after the famous 'coffee' with the winners of the primaries and those who gave strong results in the elections, organized a meeting in Durrës, while Berisha himself moved the 'platform' in front of the prime minister's office to the districts! By also circulating the 'circular' that the analysis of the May 11 elections should begin, that responsibilities should be identified, and even that the candidates for deputies who did not receive high results should be analyzed! At the same time, Berisha demanded that all reservations for the DP be presented only in the forums, asking the 'rebels' to come to the office and talk, as he will listen to them. "Circular" that was accompanied by attacks from all sides for the 'traitors' who had rebelled while Berisha and the DP were busy' and were facing Rama's government! Photos of Salijanj with a stick in his hand emerged from the 'archives' as he defended the DP headquarters from Berisha's mobs on January 8, as well as other attacks of this kind!
Po në ato pak replika e dobëta të bëra nga ana e Salianjit dhe Alimehmetit, në themel të tyre kishin përbetimin se e gjithë kjo lëvizje, nëse quhet lëvizje, kishte për qëllim vetëm e vetëm rivitalizimin e PD, rishikimin e qasjes opozitare e deri në riformatimin e partisë! Mëse njëherë, si Salianji ashtu dhe Alimemheti kanë garantuar se nuk ikin nga PD, nuk kanë asnjë qëllim për krijimin e ndonjë partie të re politike dhe mbi të gjitha nuk kanë ndërmend as të kandidojnë për postin e kryetarit të PD! Të paktën deri më tani nuk e kanë artikuluar këtë qëllim! Ata kanë kërkuar vetëm ‘shkundje’ të PD, pasi ndjehen të trishtuar që ka pjesëmarrje të ulët në protestat kundër Ramës apo në ‘foltoren e paradës’ para kryeministrisë, nën dritën e qirinjve natën vonë, me më pak se 200 mbështetës si pjesëmarrës!
Në krye të herës, Salianji dhe Alimehmeti kanë garantuar në deklaratat e qëndrimet e tyre se nuk aspirojnë të garojnë për kryetar të PD në prillin e vitit të ardhshëm. Deklarata këto të bëra, pasi vetë Berisha ka vënë ‘shishen’ në radhë për të qënë ai kandidat për kryetar i PD, dhe kuptohet të gjithë e dinë, se Berisha nuk u rikthye në PD pas gjithë asaj beteje me Bashën e grupin ne tij, gjysmën i ka tashmë nën hyqëm, për t’ia lënë PD-në Salianjit, apo një të ngjashmi me të! Këtë e dinë dhe vetë Salianji e Alimehmeti! Prandaj ata nxitojnë për të garantuar se s’kërkojnë ‘kokën’ e Berishës! Por nuk lënë pa përmendur mungesën e aksionit politik dhe mungesën e efikasitetit të lidershipit të nivelit të dytë, çka ka sjellë përgjumjen e PD! Pra për të ‘shkundur’ PD-në sipas tyre! Pavarësisht se gjithkush mund të pyesë se çfarë ka mbetur për t’u shkundur në PD, pasi Berisha s’ka lënë asnjë ‘kokërr fryti’ që mund të bëjë punë në ‘pemën e tharë’’ për 35 vite të kësaj partie! Ka zero fryte, janë dëbuar të gjithë dhe s’ke kujt i vë gishtin për sjelljen e një fryme të re në PD, për të marrë në dorë riorganizimin e kësaj partie!
Dhe për të qënë më konkretë, ‘Foltorja’ e Salianjit kërkon ‘kokën’ e numrit dy të PD, Flamur Noka, të kreut të grupit të PD, Gazment Bardhi dhe të kryetares së përjetshme të Gruas në PD, deputetes Albana Vokshi, për t’i ‘kryqëzuar’ si përgjegjësit kryesorë të përgjumjes së PD, të cilët duhej të sakrifikohen në emër të ‘shkundjes’ së kësaj partie, për të luftuar arrogancën e mungesën e efikasitetit në parti, për ta nxjerrë PD nga apatia dhe për të ngritur në një stad tjetër aksionin opozitar, përmes zbritjes në bazën e partisë të njerëzve që priten mirë, që nuk janë arrogantë e kanë çfarë thonë e tregojnë! Pra, kërkohet riformatim i PD, pa u prekur Berisha, por për të nxjerrë një copë vend për vete, dhe për të rindarë ‘tortën’ e ofiçeve në PD, përmes një ndarjeje të re! Deri këtu e kuptojmë lëvizjen e nisur nga Salianji, që nuk prek kreun e PD.
Për hir të së vërtetës, Berisha u shfaq i acaruar apo bëri si i acaruar për disa arsye pas daljes së “foltores’ së Salianit! Pavarësisht udhëzimeve qarkoreve të shpërndara në drejtim të strukturave të bazës, apo mesazheve në drejtim të strukturave për të bojkotuar takimet e Salianjit, si takime private me axhendë personale, mbledhjes së kryesisë së PD në të njejtën ditë me takimin e Salianjit në Durrës, shkoi vetë më terren për të ‘testuar’ situatën! Dhe për të qënë në rregull me mbushjen e sallës mbërriti në Rrëshen, ku kreu i bashkisë i përket PD dhe bashkë me të ardhurit nga Lezha e Laçi arriti ta mbushë sallën! Sa për të ‘kënaqur’ syrin dhe për t’i bërë një çikë karshillëk Salianjit e atyre që e ndjekin, ndoshta dhe me lejen e tij!
Berisha u acarua fort, megjithëse nuk e shprehu, në momentin kur njëri pas tjetrit demokratët mirditorë kritikuan me emër e mbiemër, Flamur Nokën, Albana Vokshin, dhe gjithë drejtuesit e PD në qendër, bashkë dhe me deputetët e qarkut të Lezhës se i kanë shkëputur me kohë e vakt lidhjet me elektoratin, janë arrogantë, janë të njejtat fytyra për 30 vite me radhë, kanë qënë ministra e drejtues të PD që sollën largimin nga pushtetiu më 2013. Madje kërkuan largimin e këtyre emrave, pasi sipas tyre PD nuk vjen në pushtet me këta njerëz në krye! Kritikuan dhe vetë Berishën për listën e mbyllur madje, ndërkohë që ‘Foltoren’ e tij e cilësuan ‘paradë mode’ para kryeministrisë. Me ironi të hollë, ata i kujtuan luksin e pjesëmarrësve deputetë, që tregonte ashiqare se janë më se të kamur dhe në opozitë, ndërkohë që demokratët e thjeshtë janë 12 vite jashtë pushtetit dhe me të ardhura modeste! Ia thanë hapur në Mirditë!
Nuk e dimë me tamam, nëse me këtë goditje u pajtua dhe Berisha, i cili nuk është çudi që t’i sakrifikojë Nokën, Bardhin e Vokshin, me argumentin se uljen e tyre në detyrë nuk e kërkojnë vetëm këta të “Foltores’ së Salianjit, por ia kanë kërkuar direkt vetë atyre në Kamzë, por dhe vetë Berishës në Mirditë! Ua gjen vendin Berisha besnikëve, Vokshin e nis andej nga Brukseli apo Brazili për të kryer këtë ‘rutinën’ e tij si zv.president i CDI, të ‘armatosur’ me letrat për të nxirë Shqipërinë, Nokën e mban për të bërë sherr në Kuvend, si ‘dyshin’ pa grada në PD! E ka bërë këtë punë edhe para se të bëhej ministër e më vonë, pa qënë Sekretar i Përgjithshëm i PD! Nuk është në terren të panjohur! Ndërsa për Bardhin, me sa duket ka menduar përmes ‘qarkores’ së shpërndarë për analizën e 11 majit, ku kërkon analizë për rolin e deputetëve nëpër zona dhe të drejtuesve të qarqeve! Bardhi gjithnjë ka dhënë rezultate ‘gropë’, në Elbasan më 2021 ku la pas dhe një viktime dhe sidomos në Fier në 11 majin e këtij viti! Kështu duken ‘bathët’!

Or that the investigation has started exactly on January 21, 2011 with the questioning session for him!
The possibility that Berisha will 'give' Salianji and Alimehmet positions within the DP is not ruled out. He took the first step, separating the parliamentary positions from the party ones! So he made room for everyone! He did this with Bardhi a long time ago when he made him the leader of the DP group, and he has no intention of exchanging it with Luciano Boçi as the leader of the group! Berisha owns the DP, appoints Salianji as the Secretary General since she is not an MP! He also makes some other move for Albana Vokshi, finds a new women's leader, without a doubt a strong supporter of his! Not that Berisha is afraid of someone taking over the leadership of the DP, that issue has been resolved in time and space! Berisha will go to the Almighty as the leader of the DP. And there, he goes with all the seal and logo! But Berisha wants peace at these moments, he does not want clashes! He has other worries, he has no time, age, or time for clashes or power! That's why we don't believe there will be any 'shake-ups' in this party, as long as no one is looking for Berisha's 'head'! The fight is for the second levels!
Nëse do PD të vijë në pushtet duhet të mblidhen dy tre mijë demokratë në çdo foltore të Berishës,të kenë me vetë seicili nga një kovë të vogël me mut dhe t'a hedhin atë njëkohësisht të dymijë në tribunën ku po flet Berisha. Këtë t'a bëjnë derisa ai ndyrësi plak të shporret nga" takimet "me demokratët. Unë jam gati që nesër
