With the partial elections in Himare, the opposition led by Berisha has sealed its defeat against the government of Edi Rama for the umpteenth time.

The irony is that Berisha had promised that under his leadership not only would the PD be stronger, more united and more motivated to win, but there would be an end to the buying and selling of elections, directly attacking and meanly Lulzim Bashan.

All the more so as they had promised that all election contests in DP would be conducted through the primaries.
And as soon as they were given the first opportunity, they kicked the promise and did as they always did. It makes the Democrats a fait accompli, by not asking them, but at the same time giving them a clear message that they will act in the same way in the 2025 elections.
There can't be a bigger mockery, just as there can't be that every time they shop with Edi Rama they call it politics and then when they face the election they complain that Rama steals from them.
But Rama is not stupid, he loves them face to face.
I love them for that very reason. He beats them as often as he wants, and makes them look ridiculous and unbelievable in the eyes of the Albanians.
