All countries that have had a schizoid individual (1) who has taken power have suffered a lot in their social development.
The schizoid politician has a very strong desire to run the state as a dictator, because the schizoid impact often creates delusions of grandeur.
As a rule, these dictators have been ruled by state crime; that is, the killing that the dictator has done to his political opponents.
Albania has such a classic case: Enver Hoxha.
But there is also a second case that is not typical schizoic, but that carries in itself such softened features: Sali Berisha.
In essence, both are roughly the same type, despite the fact that Enver Hoxha had this condition in extremis and in criminal cases.

Oh power, oh nothing - this is the spiritual motto of such types.
Saliu and Enveri are the same type in worshiping lies and violating the truth, always in function of their political power.
The pathological passion for power pushed both of them to lies, because in fact, they differ from each other in their formation:
Hoxha was a citizen with primitive wickedness, while Saliu is a doctor who has advanced from a high professional level in medicine, but in politics he has also advanced from the daily beating, with truths and untruths, that he has done to political opponents.
Even Enver Hoxha was driven by hatred in the struggle for power, but he hid this by acting.
In his beginnings, Enver Hoxha had no acting value at all in political action, but he gained this gradually, until he reached the goals of a high-level stage actor, and, with this professional acting, he won populism with charisma in Albania .
All the charisma of Enver Hoxha rested on the demagoguery for the "defense of Marxist-Leninist doctrinal ideology", without believing this at all and even without knowing Marxism in depth.
But...
Enver Hoxha's longevity in power was achieved by the great fear that he imposed on the Albanian society with open terror, but by means of the ideological dictatorship that you say his party, which was called the Party of Albania, was leading. Basically, this type of terror was a genuine inquisition of the 20th century, but which has not yet been studied to distinguish the relationship between Hoxha's crime, the Marxist-Leninist doctrine and his schizoid and criminal psychic system at the same time.
But...
We have to emphasize that the criminal inquisition of Enver Hoxha in over 40 years of existence is still felt as a weak inertia in politics, but that it is still inertia.
Because...
If you look at it with an attentive lens, this Enverist treatment towards the political opponent, with softened doses, can still be seen in both wings of today's Albanian politics, especially during the 90's; despite the fact that you can't talk about a Hoxha-type political crime at all.
But we have to point out that...
Still here in Albania, it has not been understood by active politics that your political opponent is not your enemy, therefore political rhetoric still remains with soft doses within the depersonalizing method of the political opponent.
Enver Hoxha told the Albanians that my political opponent is an enemy of the people and the party.
This, of course, greatly damaged the political consciousness of the Albanians, but the pro-Western optimism, and especially the open pro-American sentiment of the Albanians, within the 90's of the last century, quickly neutralized the Hoxist dictatorial consciousness in Albania and, today, we are in democracy and freedom which is certainly still with inertial problems from the dictatorship, but which is moving in a daily progress to reach the western parameters.
