If you look superficially at what news comes out of the DP and is served to the public, even by Berisha's media and those close to him, it seems as if an 'earthquake' has erupted in this party and it is becoming famous, as if there is no god who can share this work!
If you follow the statements of the leadership of this party, as well as the contenders to seize leadership in an undefined future with time limits, everyone may have created the mistaken perception that Sali Berisha's days at the head of the DP are coming to an end.
The situation even seems irreversible in this 'sector', as it is obvious to the naked eye that surprisingly even those closest to the Doctor, and even those who follow his political line from the media and family to groups within the DP or the public, have fallen into a deep silence. A silence that has not come about because of the November holidays, which the DP has united its entire life in one day, November 28, but which is apparently a silence with permission and fastened with a lot of sweat and effort!
To be more specific, there is a lot of noise about an informal and off-camera meeting between Ervin Salianjit, who was recently released from prison where he spent a year and had a complete nose 'repair' and a hair transplant, and some of the figures who in the last primaries or later in the electoral race have had the strongest support from the DP membership and the electorate. And in this group, Ilir Alimehmeti, who almost entered the Assembly in the Tirana district, from the open list, stood out!
This meeting was articulated as a 'rebellion' within the DP by Salianji and his 'group' in formation, as a new movement within this party to stir up trouble, to conduct analysis and to make life more difficult for Berisha at the head of the DP, after the catastrophic defeat in the elections of May 11 of this year but also after the moderate 'boycott' of the partial elections in 5 municipalities, although it publicly supported independent candidates, the DP scored a devastating result!
The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gaz Bardhi, reacted to this meeting, describing it as an unimportant meeting that took place in a cafe! An attempt by Bardhi to ignite a debate in a party, where debate within it has long since ended, because it is the property, even with a 'mortgage', of Berisha and his family! Immediately, intervening even in a television show, Salianji responds, saying that meetings are held in politics, and that the Democrats are very hungry to conduct analysis within the party they belong to! He even touches on a 'taboo' as he says that these most voted Democrats have brought 200 thousand votes for the DP and the opposition! This is great courage!
Alimehmeti also reacts, who has been more concrete, more 'independent' in his findings, as he also reacts to Bardhi, underlining that he does not respond to statements on social networks. According to him, if the National Council wanted to call them, they would go, so there was no opportunity to talk. Alimehmeti insists that leaving the Democrats without discussion brings situations like these, that we have a rotten government that cannot be thrown to the ground, and an opposition that cannot bring people. "Why did we reach this round table meeting? This question should be asked to them. They have not done it and have removed people, we simply continue the work, to understand where we are and where the problems are", Alimehmeti expresses hypothetically! Leaving the 'clash' open.
And to close the 'circle' discussed in the media as a 'rebellion' within the DP to take over, he himself, the inimitable Berisha, thought so! In a 'spontaneous' reaction today, precisely on the day of Independence and liberation together for the DP, Berisha said that normally coffee meetings do not deserve to be commented on, but stressed that the DP remains the most open and democratic party in the country. He even said that the Democrats are open to analysis within themselves, underlining that he is not at all concerned about these meetings, outside of his 'attention'!
"The people who have received the most votes are in Parliament. For the open lists, they are honorable people, they are prominent activists of the DP and people with undeniable contributions to the DP and it is the most normal thing to have a different opinion in the party. Everyone has their instances, Salianji is a member of the DP Presidency and has a place to express their opinions. The others are, Alimehmeti is the first advisor to the opposition in Tirana. Everyone has a place to express their opinions, I expect every democrat in the office, but all democrats are invited to express their opinions, there is no innovation here to be honest", Berisha announced to the media! We quoted his words to be fair to ourselves and to our readers, since Berisha thinks differently, says differently and does differently! This stance has been his line of work, unchanged, at least for 35 years in a row, in his second political life!
E themi këtë sepse në PD nuk ka asnjë analizë për humbjen në zgjedhje, ka vetëm përpjekje për të qënë ‘gardë’ mbrojtje për Berishën, në këtë situatë të vështirë dhe të sikletshme në të cilën ndodhet pas dëshmisë në SPAK për vrasjet e 4 demonstruesve të opozitës së atëhershme më 21 janar 2011 përballë kryeministrisë nga Garda, si person në dijeni, i thirrur nga institucioni më i lartë i akuzës, të kuptohemi jo me vullnetin e këtij institucioni, por për shkak të vendimit të Gjykatës së Strasburgut që rihapi hetimin për 21 janarin, dhe për shkak të vendimit të Gjykatës së Lartë që ia ‘ngeci’ SPAK-ut këtë hetim! ‘Kërcen prifti nga belaja” me një fjalë!
Se nuk ka analizë në PD dhe se nuk ka asnjë reflektim për humbjen dhe shkaktarët e humbjes e tregoi numri dy i kësaj partie, Flamur Noka në një takim në Kamzë, ku u përplas me një nga anëtarët e strukturave drejtuese të kësaj dege të madhe që ka qenë ‘hambar’ votash për PD që në krye të herës! Teksa demokratja kërkoi llogari për rrënimin e PD, e shqetësuar për të ardhmen e kësaj partie, Noka i tregoi derën, duke deklaruar kjo parti ka rregulla, ka statut, dhe që sipas ‘kutit’ të sekretarit të përgjithshëm demokrat, askush nuk duhet të dalë kundër lidershipit! Ky ishte mesazhi me sa duket, duke shfaqur një arrogancë të theksuar të lidershipit të kësaj partie me strukturat e bazës, pasi në këtë situatë ku është PD, edhe një zë pro i nevojitet, jo më dikush nga strukturat drejtuese të degës më të madhe në Tiranë! Por Noka e bëri hasha këtë demokrate, një mesazh për më tepër, për të gjithë ata që duan analizë të humbjes dhe përgjegjës!
I përmendëm këto raste për të treguar se në PD të gjithë po përpiqen për të bërë lajm dhe kapur hapësirën mediatike! Nga Salianji, që bën ‘rebelim’ me leje, pasi e di dhe vetë si dreqi se askush nuk ia merr partinë Sali Berishës! Dhe Basha që pati shansin më të madh për t’ia marrë partinë, me vetë Salianjin me shkop në dorë në krah, dhe Bardhin ‘agresiv’ në krahun tjetër, nuk arritën dot t’ia marrin. Përkundrazi, ia dorëzuan vullnetarisht si dhuratë, të lidhur me ‘fjongo’, vulën dhe logon e PD, pas dështimit të sulmit fizik të Berishës dhe mbështetësve të tij me qysqi dhe mjete rrethanore mbi selinë e PD për ta pushtuar më 8 janar! E pushtoi më pas pa asnjë ‘shkrehje’, thjeshtë me ‘kallauzët’ që ishin te Basha, e më pas të gjithë me kokën ulur dhe duke ‘tundur bishtin’ hynë nën ‘mbretërimin’ e Berishës! Tani asnjë ‘rebelim’ s’ka vlerë! Përkundrazi bëhen me leje të gjitha lëvizjet, thjeshtë e vetëm për të zënë hapësirat mediatike dhe për të bërë lajm! Me regji qendrore, të kuptohemi! Në PD nuk flitet pa leje, jo më të veprohet! Harrojeni
Veprohet kështu, për vetë shkakun se Berisha është në hall ntë madh, pasi është thirrur për t’u pyetur për 21 janarin, për vrasjen e 4 demonstruesve nga Garda e Republikës më saktë! Dhe Berisha është pyetur se kush ka dhënë urdhër për të qëlluar! Më parë ishte pyetur ish ministri i Brendshëm Lulzim Basha, i cili sikurse nënvizojnë burimet, jo nga ‘investiguesit’ pasi ata heshtin për çështjet e Berishës dhe u fiket ‘radari’, është zbërthyer paq dhe i ka treguar ‘shokët’. Jo vetëm se kush ka dhënë urdhërin, por dhe se kush ka fshirë kamerat e sigurisë e kush i kopjoi ato si dhe kush i ka kopjet, kush i ka fshirë provat e tjera, kush e rrahu ish kreun e Gardës e qëlloi turmën me pistoletën e tij! Basha nuk e mban presionin, dhe këtë e di dhe vetë Berisha! E provoi me ‘non gratën’ kur nuk e mbajti presionin e ambasadës së SHBA, teksa e përjashtoi nga grupi parlamentar i PD dhe nga vetë PD. Çka solli dhe ndarjen e partisë në shumë pjesë!
Pikërisht për këtë arsye Berisha ka nisur të bëjë ‘pirueta’ për 21 janarin! Herë thotë se s’ka dhënë urdhër, pavarësisht deklaratave publike se ai urdhëronte Gardën, madje dhe 5 snajperët në tarracë për të qëlluar me plumb në kokë Edi Ramën, kreun e atëhershëm të opozitës, e herë thotë se ky krim shtetëror u bë në respekt të ligjit, sikurse Garda ka zbatuar vetëm ligjin pa pasur nevojë për urdhër! Berisha është vërtetë i trembur, pasi nëse për aferën e ‘Partizanit’ dhe mund t’ia hedhë paq përmes të ashtuquajturit vendim kolegjial në favor të dhënrit të tij, për 21 janarin 2011 e ka të vështirë! Pasi janë vrarë 4 demontrues nga shteti, para kryeministrisë, dhe mbi kokë qëndron vendimi i gjykatës së Strasburgut që kërkon hetimin dhe ndëshkimin e urdhërdhënësve dhe jo atyre që kanë tërhequr këmbëzën! Pra kërkon ‘kokën’ e Berishës, si kreu i zinxhirit komandues!
Ndaj Berisha po përpiqet të ‘joshë’ SPAK-un. Teksa deklarohet herë pro SPAK, në rastin e pezullimit nga detyra Gjykata e Posaçme me kërkesë të prokurorit të SPAK të zv.kryeministres Balluku, qofshim të gabuar por na duket sikur po i jep ‘direktiva’ edhe Kushtetueses që të rrëzojë ankimimin e qeverisë për pezullimin, herë akuzon Ramën se po bën presion mbi Kushtetuesen për të zhbërë vendimin e GJKKO-së, dhe herë i sulet drejtësisë së re, për shkak të hetimit që ka ndërmarrë ndaj tij dhe çështjeve që tashmë ka nën gjykim! Ndonëse me ‘zemër të lënduar fort’ e të detyruar nga Strasburgu, prokurorët dhe gjyqtarët janë të detyruar të veprojnë! Themi kështu, sepse prandaj nuk e merrnin për qamet në ‘dorëzim’ hetimin dhe gjykimin e 21 janarit, të cilin e kishin refuzuar gjatë gjithë kohës!
Berisha has problems! And in function of these problems he has also adapted the oppositionism of the DP. Sometimes clashing in the Assembly, sometimes holding these 'lecterns' in front of the Prime Minister's Office late at night, sometimes giving 'permission' for some rebellion within the DP, with the idea that there is a 'movement' to take over the party, sometimes through these arrogances and gaffes of Noka, as well as accusations against the government that it is putting pressure on justice, it is unbelievable for the leader of the DP to pronounce this, trying to equate his problem with the investigations of majority officials by SPAK, or with the Constitutional Court's judgment of the government's complaint for the suspension of number two, to delegitimize in a word the entire 'pyramid' of justice, Berisha simply wants to be in the center of attention, and with attention shifted from January 21, which is extremely difficult for him with shocking consequences!
The investigation and trial of January 21st in its entirety, holding accountable those who ordered this massacre by the Guard in the middle of the boulevard, especially after the Strasbourg decision, is extremely difficult to avoid! Even with Berisha's political 'pirouettes' through Salianj's 'rebellion' and Noka's arrogance within the DP! Not even through Berisha's double standards towards SPAK! Albanians but also partners know that January 21st and Gërdeci are the real 'test' for Albanian justice!
These two serious files of bloody corruption are the 'greedy' that shows the difference between the old justice and the new justice, the latter established to end impunity in Albania! Let's wait, many years have passed, but the blood shed in Gërdec and in front of the prime minister's office is not forgotten! Not only by the family members, but also by the Albanians! Even more so when the new justice itself has been put on the 'candar', with prosecutors and the court inside!
