At its "dawn", this government promised to be a moving caravan, a word Rama refers to whenever he wants to advertise successes.
Time passed, but the caravan remained.
It remains and "deafens" with its noise, as a result of its composition.
Because it is neither a caravan of successes nor a caravan of ideas and achievements.
It's just a caravan of dogs that stink, deafen, and make fun of people who are walking towards anger and protest.
Because in today's Albania, power no longer governs.
He just barks.
It barks with unbridled propaganda in all tones: like a puppy, like a bulldog, like a volpino, like a wolfdog, especially like a street dog.
It barks in parliament, in the media, in endless advertisements.
Bark to cover the silence of responsibility.
It barks to protect corruption and theft, just as it barks to replace accountability.
But it also barks to create the illusion of movement, while the place remains still.

It revolves around keeping alive the myth of the leader, the helmsman, the guide, while reality slowly crumbles.
Arguments have been replaced with ridicule, solutions have disappeared spectacularly, and results have been replaced by attacks on the opposition.
In this caravan, no one thinks. Everyone just reacts with a button.
Nobody takes responsibility.
Everyone blindly attacks whoever the boss points the finger at.
Institutions have become echoes of the prime minister's barking voice, while the state is in a scene where what matters is who barks the loudest, not who is right.
The problem is not the noise. The problem is the emptiness it hides.
The end result is "dog food".
The country lacks vision. The government is inertial without a compass, while the government lives off conflict because it cannot produce hope.
This caravan of dogs has no destination.
He exists only to scare, to tire, to numb society.
But history has a bad habit of powers that only bark.
Chase them as they deserve, like street dogs: with "stones".
And the march towards protest doesn't stop!
