Prime Minister Edi Rama, following the invitation from Donald Trump to participate in the Gaza Peace Board established by the American president himself, today received the unconditional support of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, to represent Albania on this board!
One might call this unimaginable, but this is what happened in today's parliamentary session, as we saw at the end of the session that Berisha and his deputies, although they started the session with their voices raised an 'octave' higher, ended it simply by shaking their 'waists' and 'singing' under their breath, with the card held high with the vote in favor!
Despite several jokes that Berisha made, sometimes through Bardhi who, on behalf of the DP leader, requested that Trump's invitation to Rama be 'revised', to make it an invitation for President Bajram Begaj, and sometimes the democratic leader himself who made several accusations towards the prime minister, in the end, the DP deputies voted to send Rama to the White House, to represent Albania on the Gaza Peace Board!
We say that Berisha voted to send his biggest political 'enemy', Edi Rama, to the White House, after the Prime Minister himself made it clear when he explained his absence from Davos to sign the act establishing the Gaza Peace Board by the fact that with the permission of the American President himself, Trump had asked to host his favorite daughter Ivanka Trump, that the signature is expected to be signed a little later in Washington! This was warned by Rama, a warning that Berisha has been waiting for, swallowing for many, many reasons! Even as a former sovereign, caught 'checkmate' by Trump's invitation to Rama, an invitation that forced the leader of the DP to 'jump out of trouble', even waving his 'headscarf, to give as much emotional color as possible to the dance that he was forced to do, in public! Even as a 'strong' politician on paper!
Berisha, despite the hatred he had and has for Rama, especially at these moments, could not oppose the participation of the current head of the Albanian government in the Gaza Peace Board as a representative of Albania, to be among the leaders most preferred by Trump, of the countries participating in this board! Berisha's tension has even increased a lot, we believe, when Trump publicly declared that the leaders of these countries are the ones he loves the most! So Edi Rama. And this has been a real 'test' for Berisha's 'wire' nerves, who every time the name of the leader of the Albanian majority, Rama, is mentioned, his hair stands on end!
Everyone can imagine how much 'heroism' it took for Berisha to 'swallow' the anger over Trump's invitation to Rama, to 'swallow' the humiliation that Rama inflicted on the leader of the DP in the middle of parliament, mentioning the failure to remove the 'non-women' or mocking the narrative that the opposition leader has used to keep his ardent supporters in the DP, those who have remained, after the next defeat for 13 years in a row against the SP, the narrative of the 'arrest' of 'Ramaduro' in Surrel with the American Delta Force landing from helicopters flown directly from the US, to give Rama the 'deserved punishment' there, that is, in Washington!
Rama made a serious mockery of Berisha and the DP deputies, with this narrative that has already been abandoned, although worthy of science fiction films that presented a political group without a grain of vote to govern, with 'spoon in their belt', while taking advantage of American commandos to take over the governance of the country! Trump's invitation to Rama woke up Berisha and his own, to show that dreams are beautiful, they are taking very little or not at all to come true! Even more so for those dreams with such benefits, which turn on and off like lightning!
And with all this mockery, Berisha gritted his teeth and gave all possible votes to Rama to represent Albania next to Trump, to speak on behalf of Albania in Washington! Even to sign the act of participation in the Peace Board for Gaza in Washington, the 'forbidden apple' for Berisha since 2021 when he was declared 'non grata' by the US family, where although he has paid millions of dollars for lobbying in the US, not only has he not removed this stain but he has not received any work visa to travel to America!
But what forced Berisha to vote for Rama nominally to be part of the Gaza Peace Board, on behalf of Albania, despite the fact that he has not left a single accusation unsaid in his direction?
For the sake of truth, Berisha is afraid of American President Donald Trump! He is not afraid of the lack of support to come to power, because for these matters of coming to power, Berisha knows like hell that no matter how long he is at the head of the DP and the opposition, not only does he have no chance, but he will fall even lower in the results! To put it more bluntly, Berisha and the DP have washed their hands of power time and time again. They do not even think about the coming of the DP and the opposition to power! After all, according to the 'evil mouths', they have not fared badly even in the opposition, financially speaking!
Berisha tmerrohet nga Trump dhe nuk del në asnjë rast kundër, sepse presidenti amerikan i cili shquhet për paparashikueshmërinë e tij, nuk e ka për gjë ta degjenerojë me të gjitha kreun e PD! Të hapë dhe ndonjë dosje, nga ato që i mbajnë ata për ‘ndonjë ditë të keqe’, duke filluar nga ato rrëfimet e ish shefit të shtabit të përgjithshëm Gjeneral Luan Hoxha për tregtinë e municioneve kineze dhe hedhjen në erë të Gërdecit, e deri me lidhjet e Berishës dhe familjes së tij me Milosheviçin duke thyer embargon e OKB, ‘flirtin’ me radikalët islamikë të Bin Ladenit e deri tek eksperiza e FBI për ’21 janarin’ dhe lobimin në SHBA me para ruse apo dhe ato me miliona dollarë, të përfituara, sipas akuzave, nga abuzimi me pushtetin në Shqipëri!
E di se Trump nuk ta përton, prandaj Berisha është gati të mbyllë gojën dhe të votojë gjithçka që kërkon ai, madje dhe për Ramën, duke ia çimentuar liderit socialist pushtetin në Shqipëri dhe për shumë e shumë vite të tjera, si një lider serioz që e ka bërë Shqipërinë vend stabël dhe një partner serioz për aleatët tanë të mëdhenj! Berisha kërkon me të gjitha mënyrat që të mbajë në këmbë dhe narrativën e tij për mbështetësit në PD, se Trump është një aleat konservator i të djathtëve shqiptarë që ‘lufton Sorosin’, dhe nuk mund të bëjnë sovranistin me të!
Sepse të ishte ndryshe, pra po të mos kishte frikë nga Trump, jo vetëm që Ramën nuk e votonte për ta dërguar si përfaqësues të Shqipërisë në SHBA, por dhe vizitën e vajzës së presidentit, Ivanka Trump dhe dhëndrit Jared Kushner, do ta kishin masakruar! Nuk ka lënë gjë pa thënë për biznesmenë dhe investime të tjera sado madhore të kenë qënë, duke i cilësuar ata oligarkë, pastrues parash dhe gjithçka tjetër, vetëm e vetëm sepse operonin në Shqipërinë që qeveriset nga Edi Rama! Dhe Berisha, jo vetëm që nuk tha asnjë fjalë negative por vetëm mbështetëse, dhe bëri shumë mirë pasi një investim i tillë madhor si ai në Sazan Shqipërisë njëherë në jetë i vjen, por e pranoi dhe vetë se, megjithëse e kishin nxjerrë në ‘treg’ Sazanin si ai si ish kryeministri i ndjerë Fatos Nano, askush nuk e kishte marrë përsipër ta bënte këtë investim në Shqipëri!
Por frika e Berishës nga Donald Trump nuk na habit! Ajo që ka nisur të na habisë është fakti se Berisha ka nisur të trembet dhe nga ai që askush nuk e ka imagjinuar deri më tani: Nga Ervin Salianji! Ngritja e foltoreve nga ana e anëtarit të kryesisë së PD në disa rrethe, e mbi të gjitha pjesëmarrja e lartë e demokratëve në këto takime, më shumë se sa trefishi i atyre të cilët marrin pjesë në foltoret e vobekta të Berishës, e ka nxjerrë nga shinat kreun aktual të PD!
The fear of Salianji is manifesting itself in the accusations of Berisha, Noka and the DP leadership against him, calling him 'self-excluded', that he has crossed 'red lines' and even in the messages and calls directed at the Democrats not to participate in the meetings of this great 'enemy' of the DP, as he is being supported by criminal elements and above all by the SP structures to divide the party! Although Salianji has never declared that he will leave the DP, and even more so, so far he has not even declared that he will run in April for the post of DP chairman, facing Berisha!
Berisha is not afraid that Salianji will take over the party, we seem to understand this! He is sure of that, because the DP is under his family 'mortgage'! But Salianji has shaken the democratic electorate's trust in Berisha, as the high participation in his rallies is showing more and more every day that the bad thing in the DP is Sali Berisha himself! And the democratic leader cannot stand this!
He cannot stand it because, far be it, if the Almighty descends to earth and takes him with him to eternity, the legacy of the DP will be shaken, and it is not known in which hand its direction will fall next! Or how many parts the DP will be further fragmented into, more than it is fragmented now! Therefore, out of fear, Berisha has also ordered the 'cleaning' of the DP membership lists to 'filter' them from the danger of the internal enemy, removing all those who think differently, and filling them step by step with members-followers of Berisha! Therefore, Berisha is taking measures, out of fear for the future of the wealth of his family, the DP!
