Residents of the village of Dukat in Vlorë have opened a hole in the water pipe to prevent the government oligarchs from "stealing" their water.
In other words, they made a hole in the water by "protesting" and expressing "revolt".
Dear Citizens of Dukat and all of Albania. I don't care at all about the Government and politics why you make a "HOLE" in the water once every four years, as long as you vote for a river like water for the same palaces every four years.
You have only one chance to "save" from the "stealing" of water and everything that has to do with your life: OPEN THE BALLOT BOX WITH VOTES AGAINST THE STINKS OF ANY POLITICAL PARTY.
Otherwise, open "holes" in the pipe, in the water, on the road, wherever you want and as much as you want, because with "holes" these people who have put the Albanians in the "mouse hole" and are mocking the raft for 34 years pretending they "fight" each other, but they communicate and get along miraculously with each other through every "HOLE" and by filling each other's "HOLE".
