The reporting of the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani to the Law Commission, in addition to being an important news, was also a fortunate occasion for those in politics who see the Special Prosecutor's Office as an opponent.
Five hours of totally exhaustive reporting served as a litmus for an analysis of the political chemical reactions that have produced this institution that today has become the most important in the country.
What was quite interesting from a visual or even political point of view, was the duel between the loyal man of Sali Berisha, Flamur Noka and Altin Duman.

And actually there was a duel. But it was rather flimsy, not that the head of SPAK dismissed Flamur Noka's arguments, because in reality they were not like that. But only scattered hints that even a chancellor of the special prosecution could overturn.
Today, a real political debate was expected between SPAK and its political opponents. In a battle in front of the people, where their theses about "Jacobinism" were faced with the man who has the responsibility to give it.
There was none. And this is not only because of the skill of Altin Duman, who seemed to be quite lucid in his answers, but because there is a problem here that is rarely mentioned in the public opinion.
Altin Dumani, his SPAK colleagues, but all other prosecutors of the Republic cannot take any "serious" step - i.e. arrest, control or restriction of freedom without a court decision.
And this is one of the real achievements of the Justice Reform. Which before was given after 48 or 72 hours. Today, in this period, the assessment of the security measure is carried out. So any person who faces a court decision for arrest, surveillance, or even house search, can assess it through the lawyer after 2 days. No prosecutor has the absolute power of Llalla before 2016.
Therefore, Altin Duman's response to Flamur Noka was quite relaxing for the case of Berisha or Partizani, which is actually also a reality. That the doctor's lawyers at GJKKO are following almost week after week. This reality is not so appreciated in public analysis on screens.
Another thing that impressed Altin Duman's hour-long session was the issue of information leakage, which is often talked about. For which, more transparency will be needed from colleagues, since the head of SPAK, said that even for the latest information, all that has come out is part of the decision of the Special Court for the Pre-Crack Security Assessment.
Who does not remember the case of the court of Catania for the Habilaj brothers, where the connection with the former minister Tahiri was looked at at that time. There were special reporters with exclusive sources. They had simply taken the court decision on the security measure online.
That's what happened today. This is what happened with the Partizani file where Sali Berisha is under investigation. That file has 200 pages, as does the mega-operation file against 7 criminal groups. But while for the Partizani case there were few media that gave details of the decision, in the current case, they sell them as sensational revelations.
Meanwhile, the analysis of the facts of the decision and the events on the ground, as Artan Hoxha has done exhaustively, are just reporting and pure journalism. Once a reporter has a memory, has a diary, has a record of events, when an official decision is made, he assembles the transmission belt and sets it in motion. And when a reporter comes up with words, predictions, analyses, there is no greater professional satisfaction. The objective is achieved.
