One of the leaders of the Movement, called 'the lawyer', said publicly that 'I call these people Jews, but they don't allow us to call them that so I'll call them 'cubs''.
A movement with distinctive neo-Nazi signs is taking shape on Tirana's main boulevard. So that tomorrow is not too late.
On the world map until today, we were one of the rare countries that did not have the 'stain' of the new Nazis. Since the Second World War, Albania has supported the right wing of the enlightened anti-Nazi forces.
Let's see in a year or so, when Tirana may be on the atlas of neo-Nazi traces.
Instead of the swastika, the public is presented with the image of a flamingo. A short-flying bird is burdened with the heavy symbolic burden of a centuries-old global aversion to Nazism.
Even the new movement in Tirana has so far taken a short route. From boulevard to boulevard. There are people on the other side of the boulevard, they still can't penetrate there.
While inside the boulevard, they enforce their features with fire and iron.
The feature of lynching another:
Yesterday afternoon, a young man from Tirana with a dog made his usual route through the parks of Tirana. Those who were occupying the boulevard noticed that it was not theirs. They gave signs from corner to corner that 'someone has entered'. Some eyebrows frowned and signaled for vigilance. Some beards turned towards the boy with the dog. Then it exploded. Someone shouted "Here's the Jew!". The boy from Tirana, wearing 'shorts', made a sign with his hands between his saddles. They followed him, they followed him like a snake that had bitten them. They would have eliminated him. But they felt afraid of the 'pit bull' dog.
Anti-Semitic trait:
This screaming pillar was raised on the second day of their formation. They have not yet been shaped as a 'program', as an 'idea', as a 'deadline'; but hatred, especially hatred against Jews, is in their noses, on their lips, in their nerves, in their sweat. The first word they uttered against the 'enemy with dogs in his city' was the insult 'Jew'. Other times they have issued long cries of 'pro-Palestine!', 'against Israel'. They call out the word Israel less frequently, only when they say that 'Israel is coming to invade us'. Other times they say 'Jew'. This is a very offensive word for Israelis, strongly suppressed by the Hitler regime. Nazism, within 3 years, 1941-45, killed 6 million Israelis, or two-thirds of the entire Jewish population. These people have hatred against Jews as their 'daily bread'. One of the leaders of the Movement, called 'the lawyer', said publicly that 'I call these people Jews, but they don't allow us to call them that so I'll call them 'cufo''. He said this in an interview with a Kosovar media outlet.
Formlessness, or deceptive anarchy:
Even some of those who poke their eyes out for the 'movement', even they cannot say 'what are these people?'. Are they naive, are they out to block jobs and investments in Albania, are they flamingo-colored but another bird, are they blue, red, yellow. Nobody knows. They are formless. Do they not dare to say 'what are they', or do they not even know themselves and could become any kind of acid.
Historian Marenglen Kasmi yesterday brought a picture of them looking at each other in the crowd somewhere on Durrës Street. 'Someone was holding a portrait of Che Guevara, someone Adolf Hitler, under Hitler's picture 'a vulgar message against the Israelis was written'.
The author calls them 'vanities fairs', which is the most realistic view from the outside.
What do they have inside? Are they expecting pressure from outside, other anti-Semitic powers, or from Adolf's 'Versailles'? Until now, instinctively, they fight anyone who is not like them, anyone who speaks well of the country, anyone who does not fit their mold.
Which of these are different?
The question reveals another feature of the 'Movement'. The different person, who is found everywhere, fortunately; they lynch him. The first 'formless' organizations are the first elements of chaos. Our country has been in chaos several times after 1992. Returning to that point could turn the Nazis into crusaders. They demand the death of the prime minister, the death of projects, of investments. One of them was applauded yesterday because he declared that 'We will hang Edi Rama here!'. The day before yesterday they tore up the flag symbolizing the LGBT community. Then it could happen to the people of Ezmer. Then it could happen to the Albanians who know how to speak Albanian well.
Warning: A neo-Nazi movement is taking shape. So that tomorrow is not too late.
