For those who dream of coming to power through justice

For those who dream of coming to power through justice
The Opportunity Party Protest

Therefore, this approach of political support for the new justice system, with the hope that the rotation will be carried out through justice, is a major abuse of justice.

I have seen Agron Shehaj's posts several times and his strengthening of his position as a young politician who believes that only SPAK can overthrow Edi Rama. It is positive that a politician has the opportunity to be a supporter of the new justice system, since from the beginning the parties here were divided: one party became an enemy of justice, the other its supporter, and both parties are suffering despite their different positions. Of course, the government is the most damaged, since now all the most important political actors of the government are under criminal prosecution. Some with facts, some with hypotheses, others with perceptions, but the bitter truth is that most of Edi Rama's political actors are accused.

In this perspective, dealing with justice is the easiest, but also the laziest thing for a young politician. The approach to supporting justice should be an approach of the entire political class, not putting justice in the political background and letting it do its job. Dividing oneself in relation to justice – one side cursing, the other helping it – and then these young people waiting for it to kill Berisha and Rama so that they can win, makes the new justice the most used, even the most misused institution in the country.

The new justice system should be above the parties and bring to justice all those who abuse it, but it is not a political rotation mechanism.

A young politician like Agron has the advantage of being pro-justice, since he is untested in politics, but he should not be pro-justice for this reason, and even more so be with the new justice system in the hope that it will overthrow Edi Rama.

This is a damage done to the new justice system, greater than the accusations made by Berisha and Edi Rama's murmurings against them, because if the first two talk about justice problems with their political chairs, this approach of Shehaj and any other new politician is more banal, because they think that enemies should be killed by justice and they should go with spoons to the next generation in power.

A government overthrown by justice does not produce justice or politics; it produces chaos and a republic of prosecutors and magistrates. The man who overthrew the Italian Republic in the early 1990s, Antonio Di Pietro, through the “Mani Pulite” operation and later became a politician himself, today feels despised in Italy and is now spending his old age in a hospice, reflecting on how he made Italy worse, thinking that he was imposing justice by doing politics. He was and remains an honest man, but the damage he did by turning justice into a political punitive operation kept Italy destabilized for a long time and could not do better justice.

Therefore, this approach of political support for the new justice system, with the hope that the rotation will be carried out through justice, is a major abuse of justice.

If the rotation in the country comes from the fact that Dumani or Braho and their friends arrest the entire government and all high officials, neither the opposition nor Agron comes to power as the handmaid of this operation. Altin Dumani and Klodian Braho come to power, and they can even be voted in in the event of a "legal revolution", since we have no other name for it. Those who are overthrown by justice for political reasons have more political reasons than justice to fight them and destroy the future of the republic.

Therefore, we must keep the new justice system away from the spirit of punishment and its use for political spin.

The new politicians are lucky to be free to support the new justice system, since they are one party, one leader, and have no one to arrest. But to take power, they must form a party, since those who are overthrown by justice do not see salvation in those who expect to come to power through justice. Whoever wins by the sword, dies by the sword, and whoever thinks that he comes to power by overthrowing power through justice, flees from it. Because it is not politicians who are in power without success, but prosecutors – it is not those who get votes, but those who ignore the law, since they are the only untouchable people in the republic. And we are experiencing the first phase of this “legal revolution”.

At the very least, Ilir Beqaj and Erion Veliaj ask the court: “Give us a computer to read the files, because the law allows us to” and the court says: “I won’t give it to you”. What is this? A republic of law? How can you not give him a computer to read the file, after you have convicted him, while the law gives him one? Who are you to be above the law and what kind of legal state are you talking about then? We have entered this phase. Prosecutors no longer ask for evidence, the court no longer asks about the law and all those who want to take power hope that after this caste of prosecutors and judges lays the government to the ground, they will tell them: “Bujrum, now you take it”. It will not happen. They want it for themselves. Or at least: to put whoever is in power under their control.
