The Customs Code clearly states that any fine or penalty imposed by the Customs bodies is appealed to the Appeals Commission at the General Directorate of Customs after the fine has been paid and after the decision of this commission you can appeal to the Administrative Court.
But the BANKERS PETROL company for 20 years, that is, from 2004 when the Canadians owned it, then the Chinese, has not paid and does not pay a single penny of profit tax, although it "robs" every year about 1.5 million tons of crude oil from the Albanian underground and realizes every year about 400-500 million euros of income.
Time and again we see him in the news on different TVs giving a few "pennies" to the municipality of Roskovec, do you say that oil as Albanian underground wealth is alfalfa that is planted on the lands of the farmers of Roskovec.
