His battle to get Lulzim Basha's stamp and party logo deeply depressed every opposition factor and produced a new opposition specter that will hurt Berisha ten times more than Lulzim Basha could. At least he had a direct battle with him and compared to him he looked bigger. Now there is no one to compare with because everyone will tear it apart a little bit.
With the beginning of the new parliamentary session, there will be a new parliamentary group in the hall consisting of the union of several factions of Basha and Dashamir Shehu. The group which can get 7 MPs will be an opposition alternative within the Assembly until its end, sharing different positions with Berisha's PD in the public debate and isolating the PD only to Berisha's problems.
Next, as a non-parliamentary party separated from Berisha, will be Agron Shehu's party, which claims to have support in Tirana and the South of Albania.
Likewise, Enkelejd Alibej and some former members of Basha's group are heading for a new party, which can enter the single election or in a list with Dashamir Shehu's party.
The party of Lulezim Basha will continue its efforts to recover the seal and logo with the court, but in the meantime it can be registered in the last minutes as a new entity.
Meanwhile, three new electoral entities, one led by Shabani, Lapaj and a left group led by Arlind Qorri are also safe entities in the elections.
By including the Freedom Party and the Democratic Party, there will be 8 opposition entities in the election, and this is thanks to Berisha's efforts to have only 1 and that would be the monopoly of the opposition in the country.

The process of destroying the Democratic Party due to its troubles was done in the eyes of everyone and convinced every democrat that the Democratic Party is now a law office for Berisha's family members.
This demoralized the opposition and further divided it, while Berisha thought he was taking it all in hand to solve his problems.
Given that pre-election coalitions are only allowed with a common list, it is very difficult for these entities to unite in a list and so it falls to them all to compete on their own, further fragmenting Berisha and finally taking away his delirium of the man holding the opposition hostage at the top of the window.
With Basha it would be much easier to look bigger and stronger. Now it will look thinner and of course much smaller. The only monopoly will be to go out the window every day.
