SPAK must "trust" Berisha for the coup on January 21

In order not to burden him with other accusations, we should suggest to SPAK that he take Berisha's argument seriously and, when he goes to SPAK next Monday, ask him to formulate it as an accusation. That is, to formulate an official accusation that there was a coup d'état, that Edi Rama was at the head of this conspiracy...

In all his justifications for the murder of four citizens on January 21, Sali Berisha had two invented arguments. The first argument lasted about five hours. It was that Edi Rama had committed the murders with pistols, knives with poison, extracted from the vipers of Mashkullora (I don't know why he associates Mashkullora with viper venom) and other homemade weapons, since no murder, according to him, was committed with the weapons of the Guard. He stated this at 19:30 on January 21, and this argument lasted until 24:00 when the images of where the shots were fired and who had killed them were released.

Then, the next morning, he started a new track: that the murders were committed to prevent Edi Rama's coup in collaboration with President Topi and Chief Prosecutor Ina Rama, one a "boulevard villain", the other a "boulevard whore". He has not given any other explanation since 2011 when he killed four people.

In order not to burden him with other accusations, we should suggest to SPAK that he take Berisha's argument seriously and, when he goes to SPAK next Monday, ask him to formulate it as an accusation. That is, to formulate an official accusation that there was a coup d'état, that at the head of this conspiracy was Edi Rama, the President of the Republic, the Chief Prosecutor, four journalists and others. He has also set up an investigative commission on this issue and has "arguments".

Or, if he wants, he can also bring the first accusation, the one he made at 7:30 PM, where he blamed Edi Rama's people in the opposition for the murders. Aleksandër Frangaj even did a special show on Opinion about this issue, where he argued that the man with the umbrella had killed Ziver Veiz and then disappeared.

Now Berisha can choose which one he wants from his tracks: either the first, or the second, or both together, and submit them to SPAK as an indictment. This could make the process easier. SPAK can investigate Edi Rama, Bamir Topi, Ina Rama and the four journalists accused of being "putschists" and either prove what Berisha says, or add another charge of false reporting to Berisha and end this story of his alibis.

On this occasion, even his thugs are pleased, who every day threaten to attack Edi Rama with weapons and seize power, and every time they remember January 21 - which no one attacked with weapons - they say it was a coup d'état. By that criterion, Sali Berisha has staged 50 coups since 2013 before becoming Prime Minister, but not a single hair has been touched, despite the need for a martyr.

Therefore, it is good to take his lie seriously and either turn it into a criminal report, or turn it into a charge of "obstructing the investigation." In this case, both the murders and the "coup d'état" that exists only in Berisha's head, but not for Berisha's head, will be revealed.
