The investigation group of the Shkodra Police and the Criminal Police has suspicions that the perpetrators are contract killers from Montenegro, at a young age.
The victim's car turns out to have entered our country also from Montenegro in the last few days and has moved in the vicinity of the Dobrači area several times.
Investigators seized more than 35 shell casings at the scene. The burnt car of the perpetrators has so far not produced any data for the investigative team, as the chassis number was damaged by the fire, however it has been sent for examination in the hope that it can be discovered.
The license plates are also completely burnt. Investigators have focused on security cameras, but difficulties are being encountered as either there are no cameras in the area, or even those that are do not have a server to store footage. Some of them are coded and taken for examination in the laboratory.
