New details have come to light regarding the assassination that shocked Shkodra the day before.
There was also a third person in the vehicle with Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati.

Hamza Lici is the brother of Ibrahim Lici, who is a well-known name in the world of crime.
Besides Lic, two other people were also killed. Arlind Bushati, the son of Xhemal Bushati, who was a candidate for the Shkodra Municipality in 2023, under the DP logo.
The 32-year-old was in the car with Lici at the time of the incident and received a bullet in the head. A few hours later he died in the hospital.
After the shooting, the car in which Lici and Bushati were driving lost direction and caused an accident, hitting a motorcycle.
A married couple, Flutura and Bashkim Basha, were traveling in it. As a result of the collision, Flutura Basha died on the spot, while her husband is in critical condition.
