The Berat Local Police Directorate has finalized in the early hours of the morning the Coded Police Operation "Shoë", handcuffing mother and son, Natasha Rombula and Armando Kumaraku, respectively 67 and 44 years old.
Their arrest was made in the city of Saranda, where they live, in one of the hotels of this city, which according to information they have been managing for several years.

These two citizens are accused of exploiting a 10-year-old minor in order to benefit from the Tik Tok social network, by posting his video, with derogatory words , offensive and banal.
The two arrested citizens are the grandmother and the father of the minor, who, in addition to posting the minor on Tik Tok, have been posting Live videos for months where they curse, insult with banal words and denigrate the figure of the boy's mother.
It was the latter, the citizen with the initials EA, who filed criminal charges against her ex-husband and ex-mother-in-law in December 2023, stating that these two citizens posted videos on the TikTok social network where her minor son appeared 10 -years old, using derogatory and banal words.
Immediately after that, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Berat General Jurisdiction started investigations with proactive methods, finalizing their arrest in the early hours of the morning.
The conflict between the complainant and the ex-husband of her ex-mother-in-law started 6 years ago, when the bride got divorced and left the city of Saranda and returned to live with her son in her parents' house in the city of Kuçova.
For 6 years, the conflicts between the two families and the mutual denunciations have been numerous.
There have also been many strong confrontations with derogatory words that they have thrown at each other in several television shows.
But the one who has been damaged in this whole story is the child, whose psychological condition is aggravated.
After the separation of his parents, he goes to his father and grandmother in Saranda twice a month and stays there for the whole month of August, according to the decision of the Court of Berat after the separation of his parents.
According to police sources, every year after the son's arrival from the summer holidays, the mother denounced the fact that the son had changed, used aggressive language with her and his friends, and for this the son has been psychologically evaluated by psychologists every year.
The mother's efforts for years to bring the boy's father and grandmother to justice have been in vain, since the boy was a minor and there was not enough evidence against him, until today when he and the minor's grandmother came out openly on the social network Tik Tok, teaching the child to curse and insult in order to gain income from it, but also cursing, insulting and denigrating the figure of the boy's mother, a teacher at the "5 October" General High School in the city of Kuçova.
