Shkodra will bid the last farewell to the three victims of the assassination attempt the day before in Dobraç.
The victims were Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, who died together with Flutura Basha, an accidental victim, while her husband was injured.
But, unlike the other two families, Bushati and Basha, the family of the much sought after justice, Ibrahim Lici, did not open the mortuary doors for the 23-year-old.
Euronews reports that the family members of Hamza Lici have decided not to wait for people to offer condolences in their apartment, as it is not known why they made this decision.
Hamza Lici will be escorted to his last residence at 4:00 p.m., while Arlind Bushati, who left two minor children as orphans, will be given his last farewell at 2:30 p.m.
