The services of the Lushnje Police Station, following the checks carried out in implementation of the measures of the "Rule of Law" operational plan, based on police intelligence, have struck a case of illegal possession of weapons. For this case, citizen AS, 68 years old, resident of Lushnja, was arrested in the act.
During the check on the terrace of this citizen's place, the Police services found hidden 2 Kalashnikov firearms and a quantity of military ammunition, which were seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
