Just three days after being hit by SPAK, Viktor Imeri from Vlora, Emiljano Shullazi, Indrit Taullau and the duo from Durrës, Plaurent Dervishaj - Lulzim Berisha, panic and the state of uncertainty, had crossed the gambling businessmen Ervis Martinaj, Pëllumb Gjoka and the cap Shkodra group, Behar Bajrin.
The three collect information within the administration of the State Police and the Special Prosecutor's Office, where from all lines of information, they learn that they will be hit with criminal files, but the filing of charges against them was simply a matter of time.
In fact, the three people were penalized by SPAK after two years, exactly in July 2022, in what is called the "Metamorphosis" file.

But Behari continues to write to him that Ervis Martinaj's hit would be carried out politically, implying that he was involved in politics.
While, on the other hand, Martinaj claims that he does not deal with politics at all and has nothing to do with it, writing as follows:
"...But what kind of politics...!, I already drink..." Martinaj says to Behar Bajri.
But the latter wrote to him that: "...the group loves me as I don't (Lice), and these are for kicks...".
"...What about me, who wants to put me in...?"- asks Ervis Martinaj Behar Bajrin.
The leader of the Shkodra group, Behar Bajri, responds by telling him: "...you're a politician, brother, frankly, I don't want to go around with him...".
Even in another conversation provided by the journalist of "Ora News", Elton Qyno, Behar Bajri, holds with the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka. The latter informs Behar that he has spotted a possible coup d'état that is being planned against him.
According to the conversations developed in the "Sky" application, Behar Bajri talks to an as yet unidentified person, to whom Behari writes: "...what's up bro?...Have they caught Edison's brother?" (Edison Harizaj).
The other person replies: "...But now I saw it on the news...".
While Behari tells him: "...it's gone..."
And further, the unidentified person continues to write the text with the content: "...it was my brother, they didn't cut it at all, what happened to the second child...".
"...So, did he take them at least...?"- Behar Bajri tells him.
And the other person replies: "... yes, Viktori went and handed it over to him... yes, brother, he has oil on his own feet...".
Behari wrote back to him: "...after I did it, I left with my own feet." Yes, they told him before...".
Meanwhile, three days after this conversation about Viktor Imeraj's arrest, Behar Bajri talks with businessman Ervis Martinaj on December 11, 2020, where the following conversation takes place between them:
Behari writes to him: "... hey, my brother, what's your problem, because you don't seem to me to be in Teresi...".
Martinaj ia kthen: “…për zotin lodh nervazh, kaq…”.
Më tej Behari vijon t’i shkruajë: “…po pse ma vëlla, për ça je mërzit a ke najgja…? Nëse ke najgja, me ja fut kujt a ndonjë gja kapedan vijmë, nuk jena larg. Mirë kapedan”.
Por sërish Martinaj ia kthen: ”…jo jo muhabet tjetër, ta po rrim…”.
Gjithashtu në 17 dhjetor 2020, Behar Bajri i shkruan Ervis Martinaj: “…o vëlla unë du me ba dam dhe nuk iku pa ba dam se jam tu shfry punët dhe nuk kam si iku dhe nuk kam dalë kund sa të kryej punët, atëherë mund të lëvizi. Nuk po të vijnë…”.
Martinaj i thotë: “…Për zotin dun me na gri, mua të paktën po se më tha dikush. Ty se di, por e ty besoj po, veç me fitu vota…”.
Ndërsa Behar Bajri, ia kthen Martinaj duke i thënë: “Jo morë nuk i besoj… por nëse duan të të grinë, sepse duan me ta kalu si faturë atë të Santos, po ka mundësi…”.
“…S’kam unë lidhje me Santon…”- ia kthen Ervis Martinaj, Beharit.
Por ky i fundit vijon t’i shkruajë se: “…po e di që s’ke, por dikush asht tu lujt për keq për ty, se sonte më thanë…”.
“A… ka lidhje më SPAK-un, sonte më thanë…se A… ua futi Lentit dhe Milit”- ia kthen Martinaj.
Por Behari vijon ta informojë Martinajn, duke i thënë këtij të fundit në “Sky” se: “…A… ka shumë armiq dhe të shtetit. Por nuk ka lidhje kush tjetër, e ke nga Rama direkt. Se asht peshk i vogël A…, se me shtet dojn mej ja ra dhe te qyteti im…”.
“…Kujt…”- i thotë Ervis Martinaj, Beharit.
Por ky i fundit i shkruan se: “…duan me i ra, grupit si nuk i du unë (Licët), dhe këto janë për goditje…”.
“…Po mua, kush don me ma fut…?”- pyet Ervis Martinaj Behar Bajrin.
Kapoja i grupit të Shkodrës, Behar Bajri ia kthen duke i shtruar: “…e ke politike vëlla, troç nuk dojn me të pas nëpër kam…”.
“…Po çfarë politikë…!, unë veç pi** po q*…”- ia kthen Ervis Martinaj.
Por sërish Behar Bajri ia kthen Ervisit se një personazh i botës së krimit, ka marrë garanci se nuk do goditet duke vijuar t’i shkruajë si më poshtë vijon:
”…si të shkunë punët, a të shkun mirë të paktën atë që u nise…”.
Martinaj ia kthen: “…ça po bahet të shohim, A… ka njofje vet me Ramën personalisht…”. “Po…por nuk ashtë se e di të saktë…”-i thotë Behari.
Sërish Behar Bajri vijon t’i shkruajë Martinajt: “…kapedan shife si asht puna. Unë du me kry punë me atë si e kam lanë përgjysëm dhe në kërkim me dal, pa kry punë nuk e laj. Ti kur bahesh me kry punën si kishe…?”.
Martinaj ia kthen: “…jam në pritje, kam ble gjanat. Në qoftë se të duhen lekët më thuaj i mar diku tjetër…”.
Behari i thotë: “…po mi jep se du me ja dhan dikujt, për njat dhe i kam dhe du mej majt ti kem për najgjë si me hin në punë tesh për njat…”.
“…kush të tha që dun me ma futuru mu Santon, kur dihet që e ka bërë Ver Stafuka…. Pa merak se i mar diku tjetër..., kush të tha që dun me ma futuru mu Santon, kur dihet që e ka bërë Ver Stafuka…”-i shkruan Martinaj, Behar Bajrit.
Por ky i fundit ia kthen sërish në “Sky”: “…më trego se kur po mi bjen ato o Kapedan, se du me kry punët e mija, më duhen. O vëlla intersoju mirë, se dojn me të ra politikisht, se ja kanë çuar emrin…”.
"...Oooo, what do I have to do with politics? Who took my name? I'll give you money for the New Year, as soon as you fall..." Ervin Martinaj replies.
While Behar Bajri continues to write to him that: "...if I don't have anything, I don't...good, captain...".
Visi replies as follows: "...You are the captain...".
While Behari continues to write to him: "...what kind of captain am I, but tell me a date when it falls to me...".
"...Before the 31st of December, it will fall..." says Martinaj.
But Behari retorts: "...okay, captain, at least Yllin is left alone...".
Martinaj asks Behar that: "...when are you going out there..."

But Behari tells him that Martinaj neglected him, implying that he did not give the euros he asked for.
On December 17, 2020, Behari wrote to him: "...my brother left me alone...when you gave me 25, I didn't give you, I said go to Plum...when you begged for 300, I didn't give you.".
