A 41-year-old woman named Doriana Stafaj was arrested for burning a vehicle in Durrës.
Her 35-year-old brother, who is suspected of being an accomplice in this crime, is wanted.
Doriana Stafaj had a love story with the 42-year-old man and claims that she bought him the car and the house, but allowed him to register them in his name as a sign of good faith. After the separation, she was unable to recover these assets and decided to take revenge as she feels cheated on him.
He came from Italy together with the Italian citizen who is being investigated for not reporting a crime.
Doriana has asked to return the assets that she claims she bought for him when they were in a relationship and is seeking help from the institutions for this. Neither of them, neither the Italian citizen nor she, has admitted during the questioning at the police that they have a relationship between them.
