The young man from Kurbini was introduced to the security measure in the court of Lezha, where after hearing the parties and getting acquainted with the medical report, judge Gentjan Marku declared the arrest of the 31-year-old legal and ordered his hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital.
Gëzim Avdi (Kalia), a resident of Patok Kurbin, was arrested on Tuesday evening by the Lezha police, after he made a video of giving narcotics to a minor child and posted it on the tik-tok social network.
The 31-year-old has been charged with "Encouraging the use of drugs", a criminal offense punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
Meanwhile, in his statements, the young man has considered the video a montage, while the police have not yet managed to identify the child who appears consuming hashish.
