A serious incident occurred today in Orikum. 50-year-old Llogora Xhebroi raped his wife Sose Xhebroi, about 40 years old, to death and then committed suicide in the garage of his apartment with a firearm. Neighbors have spoken out in shock over the incident.
" They were good people, in their work. Hardworking people. We are surprised by the event. It hit us like a bomb. They had their own business, a bar where they worked. They worked together, husband and wife. They had two sons," one of the neighbors told ABC News.
The woman was found in the apartment with no signs of life. It was one of the children who called the ambulance and the Orikum health center.
After transporting the woman's lifeless body to the hospital, the 52-year-old shot himself with a pistol he allegedly kept in the garage, where he ended his life.
