New details have come to light regarding the serious incident that occurred in Orikum. It is learned that the couple had not been living together for about two months and had decided to stay apart due to ongoing problems between them.
It is learned that the victim, Sose Xhebro, had recently returned from Italy, where she lived, to spend the end-of-year holidays in Albania. It was during this period that the conflicts are suspected to have escalated, leading to the tragic incident in which Llogora Xhebro took the life of the 40-year-old.
They were separated, but still living together in an apartment, as they had not yet completed the legal divorce procedures in Court. The wife had requested a divorce, but it seems that the perpetrator did not accept it.
Investigations are continuing to clarify the full dynamics of the case, while authorities are collecting testimony from family members and people close to the couple, to better understand the circumstances leading up to the murder and suicide.
