" In this particular case, the police has completely failed in preventing criminal offenses. In Shkodër there are territories where I have my information that are not even physically controlled by the police.
Shkodra has a feature compared to other counties. As for detection, it is very easy in Shkodër, since the people of Shkodër cooperate with the State Police, but today something has happened that, due to a long time that crime strikes and no criminal offenses are detected, the community's trust in the police has started to be lost .
From the operational point of view, all Shkodran people know who did it, but from the point of view of proving it is very difficult, because there have been cases when witnesses have been killed while they were going to testify," Dogjani told Euronews Albania. .
