Accused of murdering Ardian Nikulaj, the Court of Lezha leaves Rubin Saraiva in prison

The court of Lezha has upheld the "prison arrest" measure for the Portuguese citizen Rubin Saraiva, the Portuguese citizen who is accused of murdering the businessman Ardian Nikulaj.

The session for Saraiva lasted about an hour. The event is suspected to be a contract killing, motivated by blood feud between two tribes in Lezha.

The prosecutor of the case requested that the measure of arrest remain in force, emphasizing that there were no changes in the criminal and legal elements of the charge, while the defense lawyer requested his release due to the lack of evidence.
