4 murder charges filed against Talo Çela, the most wanted man in Albania, who, due to his cunning and intelligent ability to hide, is known in the police corridors as "The Fox".
"Ora News" has learned through SPAK sources, that the trio of prosecutors of the "Golden Bullet" file, Altin Dumani, Behar Dibra and Doloreza Musabelliu, have addressed a request to the SPAK special court, requesting the dismissal of the criminal prosecution for Talo Çela was accused of 4 murders in Durrës.
The charges against Çela have been dismissed for the murder of two brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhiaj, an event that took place in April 2020 in Durrës, and the execution of Anxhelo Avdi and Dorjan Shkoza, an event that happened at the beginning of March 2020 in Durrës.
Although there is currently a request to drop the charges, Talo Çela will continue to be wanted, as he is accused by Duman of other murders and armed robbery.
The investigation into the 4 murders against Talo Çela was initiated by the Durrës prosecutor's office and then transferred to the later SPAK prosecutor's office.
It was the repentant Klevis Alla, the one who declared in front of the chief police officer Tonin Vocaj, that the perpetrators of the murder of the two Haxhiaj brothers and their friends Avdija e Shkoza, were precisely Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci.
This testimony of Alla came after only a few hours before he was arrested by the police, Alla had met with Nuredin Duman, who had guided him and taught him what to say to the police and whom to accuse.
But almost 3 and a half years after the occurrence of the 4 murders, SPAK is now convinced that Talo Çela has nothing to do with the two criminal events that happened in Durrës.
SPAK blindly trusted the testimony of the repentant Klevis Alla, but after the arrest of Henrik Hoxhaj and Nuredin Duman, it turned out that Alla had lied in telling the names of the two criminal events. Alla claimed that the murders were committed by Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci.
But the investigations carried out and from the testimony of Duman and Henrik Hoxhaj, it turned out that Çela and Ndoci had nothing to do with the event.
Based on this situation, SPAK has already asked the court to drop the criminal prosecution for Talo Çela, considering him not a participant in the murder of Anxhelo Avdisa, Dorjan Shkoza, Besmir Haxhiaj and Viktor Haxhiaj.
It is expected that in the following days the dismissal of the charge will be requested in court for Altin Ndoci, who has been arrested and is being held in prison as a suspected perpetrator in these 4 murders.
This is the first time in the "Golden Bullet" file, that SPAK has officially given in terms of repentant witnesses, and after several years of investigation, their statements do not match reality.
On the table of SPAK, there are already the statements of 4 other repentants.
While in July 2023, SPAK ordered to revoke Henrik Hoxhaj's status as an associate of Justice, because he had not been honest in 4 criminal events./Ora News
