" At around 4:00 p.m., in the 'Salo Halili' neighborhood, it is suspected that during a momentary conflict, a 24-year-old JO citizen was wounded in the thigh with a pistol, who is receiving medical help at the Shkodra Regional Hospital and is out of danger for life.
The Police Services immediately went to the scene and are continuing the checks to catch the perpetrator.
The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident, identify and arrest the perpetrator ," the police announced.
