One of the countries that our country hopes to have an extradition agreement with is the high country of South Korea.
" Ora News" has learned that an Albanian citizen who is wanted by our country for serious criminal offenses has been located in South Korea.
It is about Ervin Shahini, also known by the surname Shabani. Around 1998, this citizen committed a serious crime for which the court sentenced him to life imprisonment.
'Ora News' learns that the criminal offense for which there is punishment is theft with violence resulting in death.
According to unofficial sources, the citizen in question is suspected of having robbed and killed a taxi driver.
Already with the localization of Shahini by the Ministry of Interior and Justice, talks with Interpol have started in order to ease the legal positions.
On December 30, thanks to a meeting between Minister Taulant Balla and representatives of Interpol, the extradition of Ruben Saraiva to our country was achieved.
He is accused of being the murderer of Ardian Nikulaj in April of the previous year. / Ora News
