Two private clinics in Shkodër have been checked by the criminal police in the hope of finding the third injured person, who is believed to have been in the "Benz" type car attacked with weapons on October 30, 2024 in the Dobraç area.
According to the journalist of "Ora News", Elton Qyno, the checks were carried out after reasonable suspicions that an injured person presented himself at these clinics and after receiving medical service he left again, not being able to be located and stopped by the police.
These doubts fall on the possible presence of Ibrahim Lic, (person declared wanted for the murder of Endri Mustafa), but no one has come up with an official version, whether or not he was in the car attacked with 38 Kalashnikov bullets , and then to be treated precisely in one of Shkodra's private clinics.
In the two clinics, the police aimed to seize the film footage and medical material, to prove whether the injured person was presented at these facilities for treatment or not.
Meanwhile, for the scientific identification of the victims and the possible injured person, blood profiles, fingerprints, biological profiles of sweat and hair, taken at the scene, were taken for examination in the laboratory, in order to detect the DNA traces of each person. that was in the "Benz" type car.
Meanwhile, until this stage where the criminal police and the Shkodra prosecutor's office are in the investigation, they were able to learn that the two persons Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati entered the Albanian territory from Montenegro on the day of the event.
They were followed from the area of Montenegro to the city of Shkodra, where the crime took place. There are two people who are believed to have carried out this pursuit, and these individuals have currently been identified by the police after they left traces at the border point, passing a few minutes after crossing the border, Arlind Bushati and Hamza Lici.
Their attack was carried out as they entered the Dobraçi area, exactly on the same road where the businessman, Bardhok Pllanaj, was killed on April 4, 2021.
This event is still undiscovered, although SPAK has clear conversations about who carried out this murder and what were the motives that led to the murder of Bardhok Pllanaj.
According to Shkodra police sources, the car used by the killers left the alley where Astmer Bilal's house is located, who is currently in prison as an arrestee in the "Metamorfoza" file.
Further, the vehicle was put behind the "Benz", where Arlind Bushati, Hamza Lici and a third person were traveling, immediately opening a powerful fire from two automatic nozzles, which brought the immediate death of Hamza, Arlind and the couple innocent people who happened to be passing by on the street, Flutura and Bashkim Basha.
Until this stage, the police have raised strong suspicions that S.Xh, DM, EH, as well as 3 other people who had the role of transporter and observer, may have participated in this unprecedented murder in Shkodër.
