"It wasn't my boss who gave me orders"/ He stabbed his colleague
Filip Shehu- Indrit Ismaillari

The Tirana Court has imposed a security measure of imprisonment for 41-year-old Filip Shehu, who stabbed his fellow pizza chef Indrit Ismaillari to death in a bar in the Paris Municipality.

In his statements before the black squads of the Tirana Court, the 41-year-old claimed that he was often insulted and harassed at work by his colleague, something that no one else did.

"He had nothing to do with me because he wasn't my boss to give me orders," the 41-year-old stated.

The author stated that the victim irritated him and according to him, Ismaillari was holding a knife and telling him that "I don't give a damn about you at all." He says that the same situation occurred on the day of the incident where they had a conflict.

Meanwhile, the 41-year-old learned a day earlier that Indrit Ismaillari had lost his life after only knowing that he had been injured and expressed condolences to the family.

His defense attorney, Ilir Murati, claimed that the incident occurred under conditions of severe psychological trauma and that his client had been treated for bipolar disorder for 13 years. He also presented documentation on Filip Shehu's treatment since 2013.

The lawyer requested mandatory hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital as a security measure and a mental health assessment. It is learned that the 41-year-old was divorced and had a child.
