The prosecution at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Fier has seized the assets of the citizen EB, previously convicted for drug trafficking.
The procedure was opened after suspicions that EB and persons related to him own assets derived from criminal activity.
After detailed verifications of the citizen's economic and legal actions, it has been established that the assets in possession do not have legal sources for their creation.
The EB citizen was convicted by the Court of Appeal for Serious Crimes in Tirana for the criminal offense of "Trafficking in narcotics" and is currently under arrest by the Austrian authorities for involvement in similar illegal activities.
In accordance with the law, the Prosecution requested the court to seize two immovable properties, which include:
An apartment with an area of 138.3 m²
An apartment with an area of 50 m²
