23-year-old Emiseldo Fasko, declared internationally wanted by Italy, has fallen into the hands of the Fier Blues.
The young man has been arrested with the aim of being extradited to Italy, as he is accused of being a member of a criminal organization that trafficked narcotics.
Fasko was declared an international wanted person after the Court of Rimini, Italy, in 2025, assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Participation in a criminal organization" and "Trafficking in narcotics".
"The Narcotics Investigation Specialists of the Fier Police Department, based on information obtained from cooperation with Italian partners, regarding the location of an internationally wanted citizen, organized and finalized the operation coded "Tracing", as a result of which the citizen was captured in the city of Fier and provisionally arrested for the purpose of extradition to Italy:
-EF, 23 years old.
This citizen was declared internationally wanted after the Court of Rimini, Italy, in 2025, assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Participation in a criminal organization" and "Trafficking in narcotics".
"Cooperation between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Rome continues to finalize the extradition procedure of this citizen to Italy, " the police announced.
