Shkruar nga PamfletiNuredin Dumani, the repentant justice official, has revealed other details during the session at the Criminal Court of Kosovo, where the trial of several characters from the criminal world is continuing.
In today's hearing, Dumani faced questions from lawyer Përparim Kulluri, who is defending defendant Fatos Gosa. Dumani was asked to explain how he was last arrested by the police and why he did not kill 'Oti' of Elbasan (Elton Kila), in March 2022, when he himself was injured in Elbasan and then arrested in Fier.
" Oti was not in Elbasan. Sueli ambushed me. Oti (Elton Kila) was neither in Elbasan nor in Albania. Henrik Hoxha was in a rented 'E Class' in Fier. Henrik Hoxha often communicated with Suel Çela with 'Matrix' and another program. I spoke with Suel Çela only at the moment of the assassination, everything will be revealed in 'Matrix'.
No one pressured me to make the agreement with the prosecution. I have shown, the prosecution did not promise me anything. I have nothing to get in return. I met Talo Çela at the end of 2009-2010, through Ilirjan Feçi. I broke off relations with Talo because he was going to kill my brother. Agim Kabashi was my neighbor. I met Fatos Gosa twice. I have seen him several times. Talo Çela told me that he communicated with Fatos Gosa via encrypted phone.
We last met with Talo Çela at my house, in 2019, or early 2020. I spoke with him on the phone, this is on Sky Ecc.
It was the summer of 2020. Since then I have no communication. He asked me to kill Erjon Alibej for 2 million euros. I met Fatos Gosa at "Pishat" in Peqin. I know the area from Rrogozhina to Elbasan very well.
"I was in a small car, I stayed for 2-3 minutes. Then I left for Durrës. I knew Fatos even before. After I got out of prison, we met for the first time," Dumani testified, answering questions.

Lawyer Përparim Kulluri: How were you arrested?
Nuredin Dumani: I was injured.
Lawyer: You said you were going to kill Oti? Why didn't you kill him?
Nuredin Dumani: Because it wasn't in Elbasan.
Lawyer: Why did you say to Suel Çela "they killed me" and then "you killed me"?
Nuredin Dumani: Because only he knew I was there.
Lawyer: Why did you address Suel Çela with the word "kill me" on Sky? Why do you attribute the attempted murder to Suel Çela?
Nuredin Dumani: Sueli ambushed me. That day I went to Elbasan with Henrik Hoxha to kill Ot Kila. We went in two cars, but he wasn't in Elbasan at all.
Henrik was constantly communicating with Suel Çela. I only wrote to him after the assassination. After that, I didn't communicate anymore even though he asked. The Matrix will be revealed and it will come out.
Lawyer: Why did you make the deal with the prosecution?
Nuredin Dumani: That's when my eyes were opened.
Lawyer: What did the prosecution promise you about the cooperation agreement?
Nuredin Dumani: Nothing.
