The Tirana police have focused their investigative actions on the revenge track to clarify the wounding of the citizen Zamir Kalemi, the latter in the testimony given this Sunday, has denied having conflicts, or having seen the perpetrators.
His testimony was administered in the premises of the Trauma hospital, where Kalemi has been for treatment since Friday evening. He was shot with gunfire at the Selita roundabout and 13 cartridges were found at the scene.
The 40-year-old questioned by the investigators told about his movements on Friday, circumstances that are important for the investigators, who are looking for the seizure of the security cameras in those places, in the hope that they will find traces of the perpetrators.
At the time the incident happened, I was returning to my apartment after drinking a coffee. I didn't manage to see the perpetrators and because of the shots I lost control of the car.', Zamir Kalemi stated.
Kalemi was shot with gunfire on Friday evening and according to the scheme reconstructed by the investigative group, immediately after he collided with a car because he lost control and then ended up on the side of the road.
In order to find the perpetrators, the police have set a 15,000 Euro reward for those who provide information about the perpetrators of the assassination.
So it is suspected that this assassination is related to some serious criminal events that happened during 2022 and 2023 in Albania and Greece.
This is because the 40-year-old turns out to be a relative of Aleksandër Sadikaj, who was killed with explosives on June 11, 2022 on the Tirana-Elbasan highway, a few meters away from the TEG roundabout.
