A 15-year-old has been prosecuted after being involved in a car accident while driving without a license. It is learned that he lost control of driving the vehicle on the "Korçe-Mborje" axis and as a result went off the road.
A 13-year-old passenger in the vehicle was injured in the accident and is being treated at the hospital.
So, the materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Korça General Jurisdiction, for further actions
"Specialists for the investigation of crimes of the Korçë Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings began in a free state for a 15-year-old resident of Korçë, after on the road "Korçë-Mborje", near the branch to Malin e Morava, this citizen, driving the vehicle without a driving license, allegedly lost control of his driving and the vehicle went off the road. As a result, a 13-year-old passenger in the vehicle was injured and is being treated at the hospital.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further action , the police announced.
