Journalist Eraldo Harlicaj, speaking about the murder in Shkodër, said that Ramazan Mataj and Arjon Hasaj's sister had long had an extramarital relationship.
According to the journalist, Mataj maintained a relationship with Hasaj's sister, even though the latter was married. Mataj even sent intimate videos to her husbands.
" The family members did not want to marry her to this boy, they married her to others and it went to this one. The boy refused to marry her. He didn't want to turn it into a serious relationship. There was also social inequality. The girl's family is in survival conditions, the boy's family has a developed economy. Mataj had taken the intimate videos to his second husband. Afterwards, the woman was separated from her second husband. He went to France. The next partner went to prison and returned to Shkodër and resumed relations with the victim ", said Harlicaj for "Top Story".
The murder of Ramazan Mataj in Shkodër marked the first victim of this year. The perpetrators of the crime, the Hasaj brothers, had created a fake girl profile on social networks and had communicated with the deceased, setting up a meeting in the village alley. Mataj fell prey to this fraud that took his life.
