Journalist Aida Topalli has spoken about the Dobraçi massacre where Hamza Lici, Arlind Bushati and 2 passers-by, the husband and wife couple, Bashkim and Flutura Basha, were killed.

There are at least 5 people with security measures for the assassination attempt on the Lice people in Dobraç, where the Basha couple (innocent) was also killed.
