A 40-year-old man was arrested today, after several hours of searching by the police, after he injured a 34-year-old man with a knife during a conflict.
The event took place in Farka, while the identified author Blerim Balla was arrested for the criminal offenses "Deliberate serious injury" and "Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons".
The injured, identified as Hariz Shushku, is in the hospital, under the care of doctors.
"Services of Police Station No. 1, after receiving the notification that in Farka, around 18:00, there was a conflict during which a citizen was injured with a cutting tool, they organized the work to catch the perpetrator.
As a result of quick police actions, the citizen BB, 40 years old, resident in Tirana, was caught and arrested for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate serious injury" and "Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons". provided by articles 88 and 279 of the Criminal Code", the police informs.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
