The Court of Appeal has jailed two tutors who exploited a minor for prostitution.
We are talking about 42-year-old Silvana Osmani and 39-year-old Luljeta Doda, arrested in flagrante delicto by the Saranda police after an operation codenamed "Silent Watch".
Their arrest came after about two months of investigations into the exploitation of a minor citizen for prostitution.
Judge of the Court of Appeal Luftfije Celami, in today's session at the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction in Tirana for "Assessment and Assignment of Security Measures", assessed the measure "Arrest in Prison" given by Judge Fatmir Ndreu at the Court of Saranda in the session dated February 26, 2025, as correct.
The arrest of 42-year-old Silvana Osmani and 39-year-old Luljeta Doda was made in flagrante delicto on February 24, 2025 by the Saranda police after about two months of investigations using proactive methods.
