A large-scale fire broke out this evening in Lezha, killing nearly 200 heads of livestock. The fire broke out in a stable in the village of Barbullojë.
Two fire engines and personnel arrived at the scene as soon as they were notified of the incident. Due to the size of the fire, assistance was also requested from the municipalities of Kurbin, Mirditë and Vau Dejës, which sent fire engines and personnel to help extinguish the flames.
They were able to speed up and get out in time only the cows they had in the stable, but it was too late to save the sheep, which were burned by the flames.
